★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was not so great. I went there to seek comfort and advice. But at the end of the session I felt emotionally drained. And here's why. Whenever I explain my feelings and past negative experiences from people. She frequently interrupted me and provided possible reasons for that person's behavior and even defended that person. I wasn't looking for validation nor justification. It was extremely unhelpful. Remember they're not exactly professionals they are trainees. I feel I'm much better off watching Dr. Jordan Peterson's lectures on YouTube. Her name was Helen.
