Dr Lee Thompson and his daughter Amy are both great, they made me feel very comfortable and my results are superb! My lips look amazing and I have had only minor bruising. I’m very happy with my whole experience. Jeannie is also lovely and I highly appreciate how responsive she is to communication both before and after.

The people are super welcoming and kind. Important to know though that the mini lip is only done on one lip. Top OR bottom, its 1/4 of a syringe. It makes sense for the price but important to know!

I'm new to botox and received a recommendation to visit Dr. Lee Thompson office (specifically Amy), from a friend. As a newbie I wasn't sure how many units to request or what would be required to get the results I wanted. I cannot even express how happy I was with my appointment. Amy took her time to explain all the information in detail, she walked me through the process and made recommendations on where she would be injecting and why. She was very gentle and took her time administering the botox. I had no swelling or pain (outside what's normal) and I noticed a clear difference in my face within a week of the appt. I'm so happy! Amy was lovely to deal with and so were the rest of the team! I will 100% be coming back to this office for all my skins needs! Thank you again for making this newbie feel comfortable and very happy with her results!

Highly recommend Dr. lee Thompson and his wonderful staff! They strive to make the most natural enhancements, and I really appreciated that they had a zero pressure environment, and if anything suggest less is more! And I’m so incredibly happy with the outcome. I had a mini lip done and the results are perfect :) would highly highly recommend! Will be back for more treatments 100%!!

My friend and I went to dr Lee Thomson clinic for botox to remove the wrinkles on our foreheads . My friend got 30 units and I got 40 units, We waited for 6 weeks we both haven’t seen any results and our foreheads were still relaxed, the wrinkles were still there, and if I frown or squint my brow folds up just like it always has. which is not normal after 40 units of botox. I called their clinic after 6 weeks and told them there was absolutely no improvement and we are not happy with the results. I asked them to make follow up appointments with our injecting physician because we do require a touch up, but they rudely told me I know your threats and your contact number will be blackmailed. They take your money for treatments that are so watered down and you see no results then refuse to give a refund or any touch up. Don't waste your time and money on them!

I have been working with the Dr. Lee Thompson team for close to two decades and travel back to Vancouver to see them. The care they give their clients goes above and beyond. You never feel like they are trying to upsell you on anything and I always walk out feeling natural and refreshed. They are experts in their domain and I fully value my relationship with this team of amazing people!

I recently moved to BC and one of my biggest concerns was finding someone that I trust to administer my Botox . There are A LOT of people in the practice of skin rejuvenation and cosmetic surgery that are in it solely to make money, and I wanted someone who would be honest about what I should be accessing and not attempt to overcharge or inflate things. I also really wanted someone who wouldn’t mess up my face ;) I learnt about Doctor Lee Thompson’s practice from someone who was familiar with their services and highly recommended them. They specifically suggested that I request an appointment with Amy, who is the medical aesthetic nurse at the practice . I cannot even express in words how happy I was with my appointment with Amy. Not only does she have an incredibly welcoming and kind demeanour but she was very genuine in her recommendations, and even gave me information on why I did not yet need services that I was currently considering . She was transparent in filling the syringes in front of me, showing me the units that were being placed in each syringe , and what area of my face they were designated for. She was gentle in the administering of the Botox and there was no pain or swelling above what a typical session would entail . I was incredibly impressed with the fact that Amy was able to give me the same effect I had been going to someone else for, with the total units being 25 less than what my previous person had been administering . She knew I was open to more units and could have easily charged me for them , provided them , and taken advantage of the situation, however , she did not . It is very hard in life to find individuals who are trustworthy and who you can feel confident In purchasing services from. I am so incredibly thankful that I was referred to Amy at Doctor Lee Thompson’s practice. There is nobody else who I would trust more with my face and I will be continuing to solely use their services for all of my cosmetic surgery and skin rejuvenation needs. Thanks guys !

My experience at this clinic was awesome! I’m new to Botox & Lip Fillers, so the staff totally walked me through the process and answered every one of my questions… I LOVE the results!!! I never thought getting my lips done could make such a difference, and a little bit of Botox… I love it!! Highly Recommend! I’m 39 yrs old ~ this little gift I gave to myself really helped me feel refreshed and excited about aging gracefully! Why not make the best of what we have!?? Luv this clinic!
