Cynergy acts very poor in supporting it's staff. I used to work there for a while. The manager behaves very bossy. He does not pay for the amount you work. Expectation is to high from employees and behaving them rudely and inhuman. If you talk about a matter, you will be treated aggressively with a load voice and extremely impolitely. Your income is very low and the manager tends to pay you not equal to the amount you have worked for them. I would never recommend anybody to work with this company at all. I quieted from there. My intention in writing a note for this company is only to inform those compatriots who may have the opportunity to work with this pharmacy. Unfortunately, a number of Iranian and Persian-speaking employers do not show good behavior in dealing with their compatriots, and if you notice, most newcomers are hired who do not know much about Canadian labor laws and stay unaware of such living expenses. They become environments. An environment full of stress and low income and inappropriate behavior of the employer who thinks only of his own interests and nothing else matters to him. The pharmacy manager shows good behavior for only two months due to his behavioral problems and after that he shows his real behavior. Verbal violence, and discrimination. . No matter what his education and age are and the real situation of that person is not what he is doing temporarily and he only has to work in these jobs for a while in order to be able to cover his living expenses to achieve his career goals. . In general, I do not recommend this unit of work to anyone, and my servant resigned from there because of these emotional behaviors.
