The team and the project coordinator, Monica, was super nice, helpful, and accommodating throughout the whole project, and gave plenty of opportunities to learn more about the work the company does and for the student Intrapreneurs to gain new skills. It was a very inclusive environment to work in, and I would highly recommend Speak for Success for support in growing your communication skills.

As a business owner and leader in my community, it was important that I learn how to communicate effectively. Speak for Success taught me the tools I needed in order to get my message across in a successful way. One of my favourite parts was that I felt supported and safe, there was no judgement. I have noticed significant changes since joining Speak for Success including: Talking to clients on the phone (vs. email only), I accepted the opportunity to lead training, speaking up during meetings, and overall being able to run my business more confidently.
