J	Jose Ponce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place never returned my damage deposits. Beds where uncomfortable and someone threw up in the middle of the night.. no privacy whatsoever but i guess the price can’t be beat.
N	Neudorf Primo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and they keep it spotless, but they should be far more upfront about it being a "pod" hotel, in ads, online, and be more willing to reserve and answer questions by phone, many people reserve online only to find out too late, and when mistakes are made, REFUNDS are not given. Change the name too, it sounds like a for hire cuddling service, maybe ask the city for a contract to house the homeless population in those pods, they are good for that!
D	Defy enjoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was supposed to use the hotel for a connecting flight, but due to a mistake by the airline, the transit point was changed and I was charged a full cancellation fee, even though I had notified in advance. Even though it was not my fault. I have had similar problems before, but when I explained the situation to the hotel, they did not charge me a cancellation fee. Unfortunately, this hotel does not seem to have such a policy. Well, it is a second-rate capsule hotel.

Yes its cheaper than a hotel but you get much much less. weak showers so small that the dollar-store curtains stick to your back. The exit lights never shut off so there is excessive light pooling in through the curtain of your pod. Clean and ok staff but the true value is 30$ a night Maximum 40.

The fellow guests were very friendly and respectful as well. I just wish there were more ‘pod’ hotels like this around canada!
E	Erin Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a budget accommodation and I stayed here due to the proximity to the sky train station and relative inexpensiveness of the accommodations. Here is what I loved about the place -Friendly and super helpful staff -Central location (close to sky train) -Free parking & Price Here is what I didn't like! -Mattress was a super thin mattress (camper/rv thin) -Questionable cleanliness (same items in shower 2-3 days later and always dirty) Kitchen surfaces were also dirty every time I went in the kitchen area. -No change room in shower area (had to get dressed in shower stall and I found the shower curtains pretty gross-hard to get dressed without touching it or the wet floor), no hooks to hang up toiletries/makeup bag in mirror area or counter space to put anything on. Had to put my makeup bag/toiletries in dirty sink. I ended up checking out a day early due to the super thin mattress and not sleeping well due to this. Was a little disappointed I was still charged the remaining night, I would not describe the mattress as comfortable it is as thin as a camper mattress (not standard mattress). I get a policy is a policy but still disappointing

When you are welcomed you get slippers to use within the hotel, they are super comfy. There is free coffee and tea with some snacks available in a vending machine and Raman for very cheap at the front desk. The location is super convenient, it is a 5 minute walk from the Sky train that can bring you pretty much anywhere in Vancouver- the day pass allows you to take the sea bus! There is a gas station near by and a McDonald’s that is open 24 Hours! Overall 10/10 stay, will be returning to visit the amazing staff here!! Miss you already

I didn’t sleep well due to many alarm from other guests (3am onward), but learned in the morning about some of the ways I could have been more comfortable. So I recommend: get an eye mask, ear plugs, & ask for a wake up call (so you don’t miss your alarm due to ear plugs). Also I did find some hairs on the sheet, that were not mine (different colour), which grossed me out a bit but I’m betting it was still laundered sheets …
