★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anna is amazing. I went in for back and neck pain due to muscle stiffness in that area. With her knowledge and skills she has managed to relax my muscles after several sessions. Other RMTs I’ve gone through have not accomplished this feat. Will definitely keep going back to her for healthy muscle maintenance :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anna is so good! She is very professional and friendly. She released my neck/beck pain and I would love to visit again soon.
One more thing that impressed me a lot is that she made up full 60 minutes even I was late for 10 mins. For most other RMT, even when I am on time, after payment and set up, I only have 50 minutes left and not everyone will like Anna to make it up. ( and I also understand that sometimes another customers are waiting behind) but anyways, big big credit to Anna!
Just to note that the location is not easy to find. It is not in the plaza and it’s actually on Alexandra street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work remote during this pandemic and sitting in front of computer for long time, I twisted my neck and back muscles with bad ergonomic posture, made me feel really uncomfortable and dizzy. I went to Massage Empathy RMT, Anna gave me a very good treatment. She found the trigger points accurately, her operations are gentle and after treatment, it was really relaxed, I felt my muscles were back to the correct position. Anna is a very nice lady and the clinic location is convenient, parking is easy, the procedure room is cozy. I will visit here again in the future as I need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thoughtful massage therapists with good knowledge. Therapy was longer than booking at no extra charge! Therapist also taught me some good stretches. However having to claim my own receipts by insurance instead of massage Empathy is an inconvenience. I would recommend their services to friends and family. I will not return because I need to find a therapist who accepts sunlife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel brand new! I went in with lower back and upper back tightness, Maria worked out my nodules and relieved a lot of pressure and tension.
Maria is super professional and kind. The pressure was great and she makes sure you’re comfortable during the massage at all times.
I definitely recommend seeing her! She’s great, and I definitely will be coming back.
