I had called two other storage facilities in Vancouver before I called Sentinel Storage. I had not made any decisions yet. Then I called Sentinel Storage in Richmond. The Asst. Manager, Jas, answered all of my questions. Jas explained everything to me and I was sold. She knows her business well and was so patient with me. I am in the midst of moving and needed storage for the movers to bring my belongings. I highly recommend Sentinel Storage. Everything went very well and all was explained to me. Thank you.

This company is totally unreliable , negligent and not trust - worthy . The following is what had happened to us . About two years ago , attracted by her promise of the state of the art security system and 24- hour surveillance, we opened a storage locker with Sentinel’s facility in Richmond BC. Last week , when we visited the storage to check out stuff , we were shocked to find that ALL of our valuables and goods in the locker were gone , emptied! We reported the incident to the local police immediately and then we found out the following : 1. There is NO sign of break-in into the storage . The door lock is intact, undamaged. Everything looks calm and normal outside. 2. The activity report issued by the company surprisingly shows that there is NO record whatsoever of other entrance and exit after our last visit , when at that time , we are certain that all of our belongings were still inside the storage, and the door was properly locked and closed when we left . 3. Worst still , we discovered later for some reasons , the staff at Sentinel had decided to cancel our standard Insurance Protection Plan a few months ago without our written consent and even informing us , therefore leaving us totally exposed to this crime . I am an artist , and not only I have lost all of my major artworks in the last 10 years , I have also lost my collection of artworks by my fellow artists. It is heartbreaking and devastating. Even with such a major crime at the facility , up to the time of writing , seven days after the theft is reported to the police , the company remains silent on why such a robbery in such manner can happen under their watch and 24-hour cameras surveillance! This case is still under investigation. I sincerely hope that those who are looking for a safe place for their valuables must think twice when choosing your storage . Clean facility, friendly faces , seemingly credible surveillance and so-called “advanced security system” may not be the only factors that matter . #metoostoragecrime Please hashtag and share your story if your have similar experiences

The staff at Sentinel Storage Bridgeport location were always helpful and kind. We needed storage near the beginning of the Pandemic when they were still figuring out how to move to a "remote" service model. Their patience when dealing with stressed individuals was wonderful. The place is spotlessly clean, well lit, convenient and secure. I would use them again if the need for storage arises.

I recently used the storage facilities at the Sentinel Storage, Bridgeport, Richmond. I used the facility for 3 months. They had a promotion of getting the first month free which was really handy. I found their heated units, very clean, well lit, easily accessible, very safe to use and well guarded. The customer service offered by Don and his team were par excellent. Every encounter with them was very professional, informative and helpful. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for storage facilities and I would certainly use them again if required
