★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicola and Christie at GLBC were amazing! They helped me with my order for both boxes and did an incredible job! Nicola went out of her way and spent over 3 hours with me during the press-check to make sure that the boxes came out absolutely perfect! The girls even came to my office downtown to drop off samples and discuss my project. The people involved with printing, coating, digital graphics, stamping the gold foils, management, front desk - literally EVERYONE who was involved in my project or whom I came in contact with at GLBC was helpful, kind, exceptionally knowledgeable, hardworking, resourceful and efficient. They made sure that everything came out exactly to my liking and exceeded my expectations tenfold! This was a very difficult project and I'm so grateful that I found GLBC! I highly, highly recommend this company for printing projects large and small! I cannot say enough good things about this company!! 10 stars! I cannot wait to sell out of my product, largely for the reason that I can then re-order from GLBC! Thank you so much for your kindness and hard work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are so many ancillary bits and pieces that are integral to a business, and more often than not they take up way too much time and cost and end up not being great. I'm happy to say our experience with GLBC was one of the rare times where the nuts and bolts (i.e. boxes and packaging) turned out better than planned and for a great price.
The level of service was pretty absurd for how small our orders were, I actually had to turn them down once on an offer because it was way too above and beyond the call of duty.
For our labels, Kristi and her team were actually able to whip up a custom solution for our bottles because of some peculiar warping, and it turned out awesome.
I would 100bajillion% recommend GLBC to a colleague, friend, or my grandma.
Special mention to Kristi, Jas, and Richelle for the great service and product - truly appreciated :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted them to create a custom box for my company. They have wonderfully complicated and beautifully visual past product samples so I figured my small window box to fit 6 of the same size bottle would be simple.
After failing to provide me with my initial vision of a box that had my company graphic on a white printed box, I settled for a plain box and was provided with a sample and it was great, not exactly what I wanted, but I could make it work.
The quote I was provided was a bit more than I was initially told it would cost, but I needed these boxes for Christmas packs so I agreed.
After 5 weeks the boxes arrived and were noticeably different in quality from the sample. They were thinner and had less structure. I called the rep and was told I would get a credit and they were sorry, but if I could provide the sample and the new box. After waiting 3 weeks it was determined by Great Little Box Company that no credit would be issued as the box looks the same and the thinner boxes are because the sample was laser cut, but the production boxes are die cut pressed so they are thinner, but start as the same product.
This was never communicated and now I am stuck using these unsatisfactory products in the future because I already spent the $740 on the die cut. I would not recommended this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's bit congested in back for big rig . They are very busy so come only by appointment, because there isn't space for waiting in side . Customer service is good they treat you well . Washroom might not available because of covid.
