โ โ โ โ โ I've had my first experience with the staff at Sentinel Storage, Vancouver, and have found them to be so helpful! Cedric went out of his way to deal with a shipping company who delivered at the wrong time and he fully assisted with sorting out my storage space. I am so thankful. The staff at the desk, selling a lock to me, was also more than willing to go the extra mile. In setting up the agreement, at the start, the staff on the phone were also very professional and courteous. The experience has been exceptional.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a great experience renting at Sentinel Storage. We got setup with our unit in May 2020 and it was easy to do all online or over the phone. The unit was ready for us, and the staff made it easy when we decided to move to a smaller unit. The whole facility is spotless and easy to come and go from. The staff made it easy to set up and end my lease. Will definitely be back if I ever need storage space again.

โ โ โ โ โ Trisha ( Agent on phone) was awesome! She was very helpful and even managed to get me a bigger storage on promotion! All I had to pay for was the registration fee! Awesome customer service and quite impressed by the fact that she was willing to work out with me on finding a safe storage for my girlfriend and my stuff!

โ โ โ โ โ The storage location is at the foot of Laurel Street south of Marine Drive. It is a standard self storage location that has many many units ranging in different sizes. There are about seven or eight drive-in parking spots for you to load and unload your vehicle. There are several drive up storage lockers as well for those lucky enough to get these ones. The premises are secured via personal code that you have to enter to enter the facility and to unlock the elevator to get to your floor. Individual lockers are locked with your personal lock and key. Value for money is generally quite good. Hours are similarly good. Service of the office is very responsive both in person and on the phone. There is a public washroom on site and industrial wheeled dollies are available for use as well. An excellent option for those who need some extra storage space.
