★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Space is clean and has many options of sizes. The manager's response is fast and offers options and advice. There is security measures. The loading dock is great, however , because the loading area is not in a secured space security may still be compromised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great new clean storage. Very competitive pricing & great easy location which close to Richmond Costco. Jerry were great on answering all the question & shown us different sizes storage. Literally took 15 minutes from picking the right size to load stuffs into storage! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved in today, and the experience couldn't have been easier. The brand new facility is sparkling clean with tons of loading dock space and 100% ground floor units. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and much less than comparable units in Vancouver. The location, steps from the Bridgeport SkyTrain station is super convenient for the "car free" like me.

James in particular was so helpful making some last minute changes to the size of locker and helping facilitate a move out while I was away. Even called me one day because I didn’t lock my locker correctly. Great service. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STORGUARD Richmond is probably the best STORGUARD in the Lower Mainland. Would recommend them over STORGUARD on Terminal. The staff are very personable and communicate well with eachother, and always know what's going on and how to help.
They made life really simple for me in the last year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the best storage facility we have used! and we have seen a few having sold our home and downsized and moved things around ( We have rented in 3 other locker facilities in the Lower Mainland and toured another while waiting for out new home to complete so we can compare this against others and I would estimate it is 5 times better than any other we have been in or seen ) It's VERY clean . The aisles are wide and it has easy access roll doors. it is secure ( first one we have been at that has individually alarmed units) and dealing with Gerry was a easy and professional experience . He explains well and shows great patience while you learn the ropes. I would never have thought I could be so effusive about a storage locker but it is that good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very good storage facility. James and Jeremy are awesome! Always answered the phone and answered every question I had. The facility by itself is very clean and well lit. It feels pleasant in there. I had been to U-haul in Richmond and it felt scary!! Whereas this one is very safe. They aren't open 24 hours but they are open 7 days a week. So it helps. I definitely recommend this storage unit in Richmond or South Vancouver area.
