G	Gia Falati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used this storage facility for almost 4 years. I've had an excellent experience for the whole duration, friendly staff, helpful and accommodating, quick to answer emails and very organized, storage units in variety of shapes and sizes with reasonable pricing.
G	Guide Furlani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike is a nice fellow. The place is fairly convenient and spacious for the price, but their closing time do not consider people that work in a 9 to 5 job.. they close at 5pm.. and Sunday is off. So keep it in mind when you make your choice.

They were able to recommend the proper storage at a great price. Second time we came around, the staff remembered us and helped us once again to suit our evolving needs. They went beyond what we asked for and made it a great experience during stressful times. The storage and facilities are super clean and organized which is everything you are looking for when leaving your personal belonging elsewhere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely use personally again!

Though if you don't have a Sea Can, I believe the hours may be limiting for some. But having outside access it isn't a problem for me... one of the best storage facilities I've ever used.

He helped us figure out the best size of locker for our belongings at the best price. The company owner is also very hands on and friendly. She went out of her way to call us and recommend a moving company. The moving company was amazing and was well worth it! Vault Valet Storage definitely takes the stress out of moving! Would highly recommend them!

He was extremely patient to all my calls and questions (even when I had to cancel and re-book). Clearance was extremely professional and kind when I came to move everything out. It's always an adventure to go to Mitchell Island, but it is all part of the spiritual journey in storage ;) I also just got an email saying they forgot to give me the month free discount from when I signed up, there was a system glitch; they remedied it immediately and were very upfront with the fault, when I've totally long forgotten about the discount. That's good service!
G	George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best price that I could find around - it is just north of Richmond but if you're on foot (I can't imagine many people are though) you can take the Canada line skytrain to Marine station and hop the 100 bus to the Knight Bridge. I just moved here and needed something for this first month for my paragliding/climbing gear as there is a 2 bag policy at most hostels and this facility was wonderful. Thank you for the superb service, Mike! Will recommend in the future :)
