While driver was using forklift, the entire order fell over sideways and broke. My entire order was sitting in a puddle in the rain. Calling the company for assistance was no help either, sadly they just laughed and said sorry. So sad that there was such little regard for my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a storage extension due to shipment release being over the Christmas period and their office closing along with the shipment being released late also due to closures but they refused to help instead telling me storage would be charged each calendar day, including weekends when they are closed. Merry Christmas!!
