Worst choice to go with them, stay away from Adele Dyck!!! In 2017 I started to work with the agency star7, in particular with the agent Adele Dyck. With high hopes and expectations, as she was known to make great efforts, I started the process of applying for my permanent residency in Canada. Upon the big payment for the work of the agency, I was told, even promised that the agency, in case of rejection, will do another application for free! Let me tell you about my experience: If you choose Star 7 as your agency, be prepared to: - feel lost and left alone, as the communication is awful, sometimes I went weeks, even months without an email or any update on my process - be lied to and made false promises to - paying a lot of money for very little work on their side. Adele Dyck, the agent that has been working with me on my application has been in the job for over 20 years, hence you would think she is experienced and knows what she's doing. With the evaluation of my degree I had obtained in Germany and it not being accepted here, you would think that an immigration agent knows whether it makes sense to apply for Express Entry with a bad evaluation result. Nevertheless Adele pushed to use the given result for the application. Furthermore the job I had at the time was supposed to "get me in" as in being what you need to get invited to apply for the PR card. Again, with 20 years of work as an immigration agent, you should know what an application needs to be successful and what the minimum requirements are. Skip forward to when my PR application was already out and in progress, I was told my job wasn't enough. Problem being that I was on a CLOSED work visa, meaning I am legally only allowed to work for the company and in the position stated on the visa. The agency gave with new issue no support in any way. I was told to "figure it out and call the agency once I know more". So I ended up applying for another open work visa, which I got after about 4 months. Now that I was allowed to work wherever I pleased, I asked whether it was okay for me to switch jobs. I was told that if the system allows it, I can go ahead... So I did. Then my PR got rejected for the following reasons: - job insufficient (the previous job before the switch) - degree not accepted In total, Star 7 got me an open work visa, a closed work visa and a rejected Permanent residency. When I got rejected and asked about the "free second application as I was promised upon working with Star 7, I was told it would be another 2000 dollars." When I pointed out that I was promised another application for free, I was blamed for switching jobs "too early" and their answer to my rejection was simply "that's just too bad!" So when I asked them what my options are, I was told to pay another 2000 dollars to keep working with star7. When I told them that I expected better service for the 4000 dollars I paid them up front, I was simply told "maybe you are better off seeking help elsewhere." So to sum up, If you want to successfully immigrate to Canada, don't go with Star7, instead either do it yourself with the given online instructions or "seek help elsewhere", as this agency will do very little for the money you pay them and basically screw you over where they can.

We want to say only the best words to Adele and all the Star7's team. It was very long and so hard way to move Canada from Russia. We had to do a lots. It took almost 4 years in our case, but we think our case was one of the most difficult. All this time Adele lead us to our main goal. Sometimes we lost strength and hope but Adele has never left us. Eventually we moved to Canada and got PR status. Adele and the Star7's team has totally changed our life in better side. Also I would like to say that the Star7's team is high level professionals with very rich experience. As I know the company has significant background and helped for many people to move to Canada. They are all time keep in touch and ready to provide the highest level professional recommendations. Definitely we will recommend to use Star7 if you decide to move and live Manitoba, Canada. Immigration is not easy step. Take a patience and I believe that Star7 will help you. We wish successful way and great business for Star7. We love them!
