β β β β β Drivers in this area DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DELIVER packages in this area. They just drop it off at the location and go about their day. Extremely frustrating staying home to receive a package and no attempt being made. Especially when I went on the website ahead of time to authorize delivery drop off at door in case I'm not home. Will avoid UPS whenever I can.
The store staff was fine. They gave me my package which I had to then haul all the way home myself. Thanks for the delivery UPS!

β β β β β Not an honest business. Clerk told me over the phone that they would print my Amazon return shipping label (I had my own packaging materials otherwise), but then after the parcel was prepared and ready to go, they charged me $1.25 just for the printing. Would not recommend.

I was unable to pickup a package at my residence and was also unavailable during the 7 day pickup window, so I called this location and they kindly held my package for another 2 weeks till I am able to pick it up. Even though the delivery driver provided the wrong InfoNotice, they were able to locate the correct package.
