Overpriced and mediocre quality. I have been coming here for over 2 years and I've finally made the decision to find a new place to dry clean my clothes. Everytime I've had to ask for a redo because the minimal effort put into cleaning my clothes. Also had numerous times where the clothes were dirty because either they missed my instructions or just did the bare minimal that is considered cleaning. Not coming here again.

I don't review often but when I do, it's well deserved. The new ownership has "cleaned" the lingering stains of the past. False promises have been replaced with realistic expectations. I'm living that "office life" so I'm regularly in need of dry cleaning. Got to look sharp :) Glad I have a place to go that's not just trying to clean out my pockets $. Bravo!

Completely unprofessional business. This dry cleaner charges exorbitant rates for their services, with the owner representing herself as the "best in the business". (Which she is definitely not).I brought 4 articles of clothing to this place for dry-cleaning (after waiting 10 minutes for the owner to end her leisurely phone conversation). She examined my 4, simple, barely soiled articles of clothing and presented me with a $110.00 bill. I was taken aback by her pricing, and confused as I was, I was in a rush to have one of the items cleaned, so I asked her to clean only one of the items.She proceeded to gather all of my clothes, crumple them into a ball and throw them at me - shouting "ALL TAKE THEM! ALL TAKE THEM!!!!" (Translation: take them all?). She therefore refused me service in a rude, unprofessional (Borderline psychotic) manner, simply because I only wanted 1 of the items cleaned instead of all 4, after seeing her bill.Where is the logic here? If I were a business owner I'd happily take some business over none. I later took my items to a nearby dry cleaner, who charged me a total of $27.00 for the 4 items...and did a bang-up job cleaning them. I don't really understand her pricing or her attitude, but residents of Surrey - take your items elsewhere for cleaning and avoid getting ripped off, and yelled at.

Very good service and quality. They were able to get my favourite suit drycleaned before I had to leave the country for a wedding in a matter of days! I have also gotten several pants altered and they fit like a glove!

This place is horrible. Came in with a pair of suit pants and a dress shirt that required a couple of stains to be taken out. After about a week, I came in and they had not fixed the stains so needed to do them again. The second time around the stains were less (not removed), the buttons on my shirt were smashed, and the left leg on my suit pants (which had been tailored) had the bottom cuff removed. My clothes are in worse shape after bringing them here. Now I have to find somewhere to fix my buttons and re-tailor my left pant leg. Wouldn’t wish this place upon my worst enemy.

The new owners are amazing, customer service is great. I had the most horrible stain on my favorite shirt. It came back like new! I also had dresses and jackets altered and everything was perfect. Their prices are lower than the previous lady... Best cleaners in the area for sure!

Very interesting to read the difference in reviews. I dropped off a suit, shirt and pants to be cleaned on Aug 14. I went to go pick up my items today(Aug18). My shirt was definitely not cleaned as it was still wrinkled and had a stain on it that WAS NOT there before! I inspect suit with the lady and I’m satisfied with the suit. I get home to realize I am missing my other pair of pants. I rush back and the lady says “no only 3 items” we bring up my order, and sure enough it’s says 4 items! So now I am missing pants and have a shirt that was not cleaned! Previous owners might have been “pricey” but the job got done properly! Now I have to wait till Aug 28 to talk to the owners about my missing pants!

STAY AWAY! I cant even believe that a cleaner, who literally provides limited services did not even do the services it promises. I brought in 1 King size white comforter to be cleaned and 4 small outdoor cushions that needed minor sewing repair and dry cleaning. I dropped them off in August 2019 and received confirmation in September that they were ready to be picked up. Well, my husband went in paid Approximately $70 and brought them home without looking at them first (although any reasonable person would assume that the service had been done and I wouldn't expect anyone to pull items out of the bag and inspect them prior) and brought them home. When I got home I took one look at the cushions and realized it hadn't been sewn or cleaned. I did not look at the comforter in this moment. When I called in, I was advised by a woman that I needed to wait for the manager to come in on a Saturday, except Saturday didn't work so I went in the following day and a woman working at the desk told me that she would fix the cushions herself since she is the only person that does repairs. I told her in person that I noticed that the blanket had also NOT BEEN CLEANED but it was basically clean when I brought it in so I just did it myself at home to avoid carrying a big blanket with me back to the store. She told me its too late to complain at this point but that she would fix the cushions - fine, but when they finally did do the sew repair they still WERE NOT CLEANED and have a NEW RED MARKER STAIN on the cushions! unbelievable. I went in again and met with a younger gentleman that said his dad would call me and provide a refund for this huge hassle. I still have not received any phone call from anyone or a refund. I literally would never ever recommend this place to anyone. stay away. If I receive some form of rectification for this issue my review will change. At this point, I washed my own blanket and was given back dirty cushions with a new stain for $70.
