★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazingly services great value, the girls Lilly, Holly, Ivy and Anne amazingly girls they always go way and beyond for everyone’s needs. They saved my aunts nails after a disaster visit at Queens nails! They’re very amazing thank you guys so much!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour. The male nail tech does what he wants even when client asks for something specific and then excepts you to like it. Last time I went in Ivy did my nails and cut two my fingers, she saw what happened but decided to ignore it and did not even apologize. I then believe I was also overcharged for the service. I also did not appreciate that although I had an appointment I was left waiting since they were accepting walk ins. I had to sit for about 30 mins and wait even though I had in advance booked an appointment. Overall just very disappointed with the salon and will no longer be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy location! The girls on staff were so busy and working so hard! They were accommodating and polite and you could tell that they value their customers. We went for manis for my daughter's birthday. My daughter didn't get the nails she exactly wanted because they were so busy - but they made her day, none the less!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this place. I had a wonderful experience and one of the best pedicures I've ever had in my life. The technician name was Ivy she is very nice and takes her time. I will definitely be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with 2 other girl friends, we all got the same thing spa pedicure with gel polish (even tho one didn’t even ask for that) but yet we were all charged something different at the end, it made no sense. The girl I had kept trying to cut down the side of my nail it hurt, I asked her to stop about 3 times. It’s now painful and red 3 days later. My one gf asked for a regular pedicure with regular polish, they gave her gel and spa anyways and when she said why I didn’t ask for this they made her pay for it anyways. We all clearly heard her say regular. The odd part was she got charged the most out of us all. They’re not very good. There’s other places near by that will do a better job, won’t rip you off or ruin your nail bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to removing acrylic nails. Because i was not able to get appointment at my other salon.
I was assuming sky nails will use the same technique as my other salon uses. like using asiton for removing nails. They didn't. she just pull my nails with a tool. It was so painful and my nails are crazy damaged. Don't go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. The employees are so rude and so judgmental. My nails are crooked and they would not do regular polish when that is what I came in for… they never listen to what u want and push what’s more expensive because it’s “better”. I believe I was severely overcharged. They kept changing their mind on the prices and said they said one thing when they actually said the other. Do not waste your time. I’m not one to complain ever but it was just that bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment and was able to get in on time, however, I was left in the midst of my pedicure because another customer, who came after me, needed to leave within half an hour. I said okay thinking it'll be a few minutes but I was left waiting for 20 minutes. After that, the service wasn't great either. I was rushed and the way I was spoken too wasn't polite. Overall my nails look good but I am definitely very upset with the experience. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you are looking to have a quality service.
