Do not waste your time Do not waste your time. The owner's wife (Kimmy or cathy) is a rude fraud and inconsistent with pricing. I sent a series of messages to the owner, as follows: I called in advance to discuss the difference between a shellac polish change versus a manicure. The phone conversation ended with looking at my nails when I come to the salon and figuring out what was best. I spoke with you when I arrived, you looked at my nails, and said a polish change is perfect. A manicure was not needed. Rosie did my nails, a beautiful job as always, and my negative experience began when I went to pay. The lady at the counter said it was $31.50. I told her that I just had a polish change, I phoned in advance, and discussed that with the owner upon my arrival, and that is what Rosie did. Speaking in her native language, the lady at the counter relayed some stuff back-and-forth with Rosie, and said Rosie did a manicure. Again, I explained that was not discussed on the phone and when I arrived. And in a very sarcastic and too bad so sad manner, the lady said oh I’m sorry but she did a manicure so you have to pay for a manicure. Again, I said that is not what was discussed and what we agreed upon. She didn’t seem to care and charged me the full price anyways. I even presented my card that was given to me at Christmas time for 15% off. I have never paid $31.50 plus tip with the 15% off card. I asked if she calculated the amount correctly and she said yes. I didn’t want to talk to her anymore, because she wasn’t client service oriented. So, I paid, added tip, and left. I even asked that she call the owner over, who was in the back folding towels, and she said no he busy he cant come. I have been to the salon many times and I’ve always had a remarkable experience and today was different. I thought I was getting a shellac polish change which was $20 regular price. However, she said a manicure was done and is $30 regular price. $30 minus 15% should be $25.50. With tax, $26.78. Looking at my receipt, she charged me $31.25 to which I added tip so it was close to $35. I really don’t understand what she charged me for and how she came to that amount. I feel double ripped off. First charging for a manicure when a shellac polish change was agreed upon. And overcharging for the manicure. The owner then asked me to come to the salon the next day. I said no, I’m sorry I can’t. I am not sure what you need me to come to the shop for. As I was explaining to Rosie, I have a busy weekend. Which is why I came to get my nails done today. Again, the owner said, just come to the salon when you have time. I asked for what? I’ve explained the situation. I only travel in that direction to get my nails done which won’t be for another three weeks now. I’m not going to waste 45 minutes to come for an unknown reason. Especially during covid. The owner never replied to that message. The next day I messaged, based on this interaction, maybe I should find a new salon. In the salon, and here on facebook messenger, I feel ripped off and like the issue is not being addressed. Quite unfortunate as I really enjoyed this salon. It’s evident you have no regard for customers and their loyalty. Only about ripping people off and overcharging. The fact you didn’t provide a resolution is very disturbing. I will no longer attend your salon. I have shared this experience with the 7 people who I have referred and they have indicated they will go elsewhere. Rosie and the man that work there are incredible. The woman, however not so much. Read the google reviews - others have commented on her rudeness inconsistent charging. The owner then messaged saying whether or not I, or my referrals, come to the shop, he doesn’t care, and I can make whatever choice I want. I told him that his disregard for customer loyalty is appalling and his comments prove he has no appreciation for customer loyalty. Not once was an apology, refund, or credit back for the overcharge offered. The carelessness of the owner and his wife has resulted in the loss of 8 customers.

The lady who did my nails I believe it was the owners wife. She was super rude, kept looking at me and laughing and was giving dirty looks the whole time. She was so rough with my nails. I would never go back to this place. Very unprofessional. She kept pulling on my hand and she filed my nails so thin and she knew she was hurting me. Please dont waste your money.

Been going here for over a year now and always treated awesome. I let Tho do whatever he wants with my nails and they always look amazing. I will never go anywhere else again.

Owners was not in good mood today which is consistent with last 3 visits. I asked what was the matter.... turns out Tuesday and Wednesdays are 20% off so he said he doesn't have to be nice on these days....lol wt heck. Brutal honesty on his part but really? My nails looked absolutely terrible but I just wanted to leave .

The man who did my nails was very rough with my nails and was rushing. My nail beds felt very painful by the end of the appointment. As a experienced person in nails, I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. Also, Im not entirely sure if he was sober. This man was not professional at all. The woman working with him was very nice though. I do not recommend this place to girls/women.

Horribly unsatisfied with my nails. The man at the front was very rude and did my nails. He rushed the set and finished within 30 minutes. He kept looking at the clock to make sure he’d finish by 7pm. He didn’t double check his work and I didn’t get to look at my nails until I was in my car. In short, none of my nails match, some are crooked, the French tip white part is also in the base, the nails are messy and some of the nail is on my skin and under my nails, I had to clip it off. Very unsatisfied because I got them done for an important event. They also look nothing like the picture I showed. I don’t recommend this place at all

The staff and the owner are nice. Great customer service, the location is close to my home and I never had a problem with my nails when I get it done. It’s cheaper to go on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for sale price. I recommend this place.
