B	Ben Nd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood inline for over an hour, one securty guard came out and asked eveyone what they were there for around 2:45 then later when we were 2nd in line to get in the second security guard came out at 3:10 to tell us that we cant go in because we had passport paperwork and they dont do that after 3PM. An absolute waste of time they need to tell people while they are in line when they will stop taking certain paperwork and Not After. This is government information that is important for every customer they need to figure that out and not make peoples lives more difficult. I mean seriously its not hard to keep people informed if theyre wasting their time.

It’s not easy to stand for the whole day and I don’t have any family members here who can stand in my place. I asked the security guard to help me out. And he clearly said no you have to wait in line. I went at 8:00 am in the morning and was waiting in line still 4:00 pm till the closing time. So disappointed with their service.

I got an appointment just yesterday for 9:30am this morning after refreshing the appointment calendar every hour for 2 days, probably someone cancelled their appointment and I grabbed the opportunity. So keep your documents ready and keep looking for the appointment and you might get lucky. In and out within 50 mins and everyone (woman at the desk, officer and security people) at the center were extremely helpful and knowledgable. At 9:30am there were 30ish walk-in people in line, but this line was moving veryyy slowly. They are definitely short staffed which isnt unknown to them or the public. Overall I am pleased with the service at the center in my scenario.
N	N H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came back from this Service Canada location. Before I went here I read some of the reviews and was a little concerned. When I went there everyone was really friendly. From the security guy who greeted you at the door to the receptionist/information guy to Linda who helped me with my situation. I had an appointment early in the morning and there were only a few people around so maybe that helped. PS - Giving a special shout-out to Linda who was very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Thanks Linda for your tips for a returning Canadian!

They have no accessibility services or no one knows how long it’s gonna take. I came here just at the opening time and still waiting in queue and not even halfway. Hire more people please!!!!! Absolutely waste of time! SHAME!!
H	Hemant Dutt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. I have been coming here from 3 days and until today i couldn't get in because the staff is unable to process. People in the line are waiting since 5am in the morning its 12 pm now they couln't even get close to the gate. Very poir service

People without appointments are having to stand in the queue for seven hours straight and there’s no guarantee that they can get in!! Pathetic experience. On the other hand getting an appointment is impossible within 3 weeks. Many confessed that they never got a call back with confirmed appointment when they requested online appointment. And finally, the online and mail-in applications take anywhere from 15-20 days as per their website (not guaranteed). Overall this is a torture and utter failure. People have made multiple visits over few days, waiting for 4-5 hours each day and returning with disappointment. I could rate this service 0 stars.
