Wasted 4 hours, showed 2 security guards why we were in line, told which line to go to wait, only to get to the front of the line to be told in these words, "you can wait all day but I'm not letting you in. Call the number and leave a message. We are only assisting emergencies." Extremely rude and not helpful at all. Told to come back when the flight is leaving within 48 hours and even that is not a guarantee. Don't bother going there to try to ask anything because you will get no answers.

waited in line for 8 and a half hours in the rain and wasnโ€™t even seen. turned up an hour before it opened and there was upwards of 100 people already queuing. need a better system in place, itโ€™s not very accessible to expect people to be able to stand in the cold rain for hours on end, not even so much as a bench outside.

What slow and horrible service they offer here. They closed some of the government offices to everything but urgent passport applications. Making this one of the few that's actually open for regular services. The waitlist for appointments is a month long. Trying to wait through the lineup is impossible unless you're willing to go at FOUR OR FIVE AM. And then they close to passport applications at THREE PM, even though the office itself doesn't close until at least 4. I stood out there from at least 9 AM until 1:30 PM, which is when the guard finally came around to say they'd be closed to passport applications at 3 and I decided to leave because they were only taking about 5 people an hour and I was STILL too far back to get in before that.

I waited in line outside for FIVE AND A HALF hours. At just two minutes after 3 p.m., they informed me that I could not receive service because they stopped processing at 3 p.m. since they closed at 4. There were only two people in the line ahead of me and they were getting ready to let them in. I had to leave. If I could give this office minus 5 stars, I would

Absolutely need to work on their organization and system. Also hire people who respect others. People are standing in line from so long at least they can do is talk to them without judging or speaking rudely. Please hire more people and give more jobs if you cannot handle the workload. And open till late. You guys need to do better.

I would put a 0 if I have to, the staff and the service is just horrible. I waited for over 6 hours to get my SIN number renewed. I have tried so many times to book an appointment or try to do it online but I get absolutely no response. Be ready to wait for over 6 hours even if you come at 7:30 am in the morning as the staff loves to chit chat in between every person. Oh donโ€™t miss out the rude security guards they have, I donโ€™t know how they got the job at the first place by being so rude, the lady security guard doesnโ€™t even know what she is saying when she is asking you questions, Good luck if you are going there to get anything done!

Line up is absolutely soul crushing! If you line up any layer than 11am, kiss your chance at seeing an agent goodbye! I went online to request an appointment but tried lining up at 3:30 anyways, learned my lesson. Came back the next day at 2, got shooed away at 3:45. Came back the third day in a row at 11, and I got in the office at 3:45! After a long almost 4 hour queue, they finally give you a chair to sit in for another 20 minutes. The whole office looks barren. You can't see or hear anyone. When you get to actually see someone, the service is great. They answered all my questions and were so helpful! If you can, get an appointment! Go online and request an appointment as far ahead as you can. They say 2 business days but I got service at the office faster than they called me.

Terrible service!, waiting since 8:00am and is now about 11:40 that is almost 4 hours and they keep only letting in people with appointments. There is a huge lack of organization. When we asked how many staff are working today, there was apparently 6 however they were only calling in people who already had appointments and always the same staff telling people to go to booth 11; not sure what the rest of the employees are actually doing or if they even do any actual work. They system in place here is a failure. If you are coming in without an appointment for either SIN or Passport; expect to waste you entire day waiting with no promises you will be assisted. This place should not be called ServiceCanada.. there is NO service being offered here.
