A	April D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hours didn't match the Return It website. We got there and they we closing an hour early. I went to another location that was actually open.
b	beendee b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here one day when my usual place was closed. It's clean and efficient and my bottles were counted and I'd received an email by that evening. I use the express service and the older gentleman always comes out to help me with my returns. He's not rude, it's just a cultural abruptness which it's unusual with his generation. I love the service and can deal with differences for 15 mins every week without breaking down

There is this guy, probably the owner/manager who keeps telling me that they dont take cardboard and that they have no license for it but they have a stockpile of bins with cardboards. It is weird how he watches people up close when they are separating bottles/cardboards and electronics.

He was standing 4 feet away, made eye contact and turned and walked away. Only when I stepped beside counter, he found time for me. Came at me screaming to stay behind counter, but still refused to answer a simple question.

I printed the label right after I came and see the printer was not straight, was assuming that is how it is , I took my label, this east Indian lady came to me and said: " did you see this, don't pull the printer" I told her it was like that ,it is not me. She says: no it is you. Then I told her looks at your camera first then talk to me . She step away. What kind of service it is. How can she make sure it is me to pull her printer. I was thinking to ask her show me the proof about I am the one to did it, unfortunately it is time to pick up my son from school, didn't bother more. But been almost 2 hours now still on my mind
N	No One on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to come here a lot. This place was clean. We are still in the pandemic. This Return It place is absolutely disgusting. So dirty and smelly. All the trays are thick with grime, counters where sort your bottles and such are also grimy on the sides and sometimes the surface is cleaned, but it still smells bad. Their sinks real of really bad odor if you near one. Hard to miss the smell. Do not come here. If you have to please wear gloves and mask. Sanitize after in your vehicle. Ugh! Will be avoiding this place. Other places I have been are very clean, trays clean, trolleys clean, floor clean, counters clean, and have hand soap to wash hands, paper towels or heat blower thingy to dry hands, and hand sanitizers. Also, count your cans, bottles, juice containers...everything. Other Return It centres give you exact change for your bottles and such, this place does not. They short change you, think you do not know what they are doing is wrong. Please be aware. Take care and stay safe.
