Dr. Makhovska is the best family doctor I’ve had. She is so patient, thorough and understanding. So refreshing to finally have a doctor that listens to your concerns!

I have been attending sessions here since being in a motor vehicle accident in January. I find the staff have exemplary customer service skills and they each work as a high functioning team committed to customer excellence. Gurleen and Neha at the front desk are kind and dedicated to their employ. Amitinder and Amrit are phenomenal physiotherapists whom each are professional, proactive, invested and empathetic. The massage therapists are also assets to their chosen profession and exude professionalism and provide an excellent massage. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in Surrey looking for high standards and customer care! Thanks guys!

The absolute worst experience at a doctors office. We met with Dr.Sidhu to see if she can be our new family doctor and after 10 minutes of her telling us to go back to whatever walk in clinics we’ve been to in the past, she finally said that this is actually just a MEET & GREET and that she will not take us on as a patient because she’s new and we can’t force her to if she doesn’t want to. The worst we’ve ever been treated, it was as if we were criminals and we’ve done something wrong and had offended her for even being in her office. We came to her while on pain and she sent us away without even asking us about the pain. I didn’t know doctors could pick and choose who they treated and who they ignored.

If you’re looking for a doctor that genuinely cares for their patients and is respectful and caring, It is not Dr. Jaspreet Sidhu. A couple of family friends and my mom have been desperately looking for a doctor for several months now and we came upon this clinic which stated that Dr. Sidhu was taking new patients. We got an email confirming the days we could come in and register in person which they did. They eventually got to meet her as she booked a meet and greet but just be aware that does not guarantee that she will take you as a patient. They all had terrible experiences with her she is rude and arrogant and asked why they have not learned to speak proper English if they have been in Canada for so long. She lost her patience when they could not remember the name of a certain medication and kept reminding them that her time was precious and she had hundreds of people on her wait list waiting to be her patients who she chooses. She also asked why they were looking for a doctor in Surrey if they lived in Vancouver etc … as you know there is a shortage and people are desperate and need to look elsewhere. What topped everything off was one of them walked in and they have a limp and Dr. Sidhu immediately said that if they were there looking for a disability form that she wasn’t going to do that … Mind you they’ve already been declared disabled and don’t really like people commenting on it. They were just looking for a new family doctor as the other doctor moved countries. Not only did she make them feel bad but all of them left disappointed and upset as to how they were humiliated by her. You can have several degrees but integrity and how you treat people is everything.

The worst experience with a doctor that i have had. I wanted to change my family doctor for certain reasons and decided to go to amari practice. They booked me an appointment with dr.sidhu. When booking the appointment they told me that they only take patients who don’t have a family doctor i told them about my situation and they said it was fine i can go ahead with the appointment. When i showed up to the appointment, dr.sidhu was rude and asked everything about the issues that i had later about 15 minutes of talking she proceeded to say that she won’t be able to take us as patients as this was just a “meet and greet”. This really got on my nerves. She just wanted to make money off of the appointment. I seriously doubt people who do this despite being a doctor. I would never recommend going to this place. Utter garbage

I've never experienced a medical clinic(and I've been to many between myself and 2 active sons) with such incredibly attentive, responsive and pleasant receptionists. They must be very happy in their roles. Rock-stars!
