I had my oil changed here, now my trucks leaking oil.. I looked at the reviews seems like a normal thing..tried scamming me, using classic mechanic b.s.. should be ashamed stealing peoples money.. I told my landlord, and he told me not too go there, I guess everyone knows this..

Service technician wasn't very friendly. He told me that my brake lines needed to be flushed, but I just had this done a few months back. He didn't believe me when I told him so I had to show him the invoice for this service. He also told me that my transmission fluid needed to be flushed, but I was told that it did not when I had this checked elsewhere. I'm sick and tired of this company trying to scare me or pressure me into getting uncessary service work done . This company also "cheaped"out on their free carwash...it's touchless now and not softcloth. I was so angry when I left.

I went in three months ago for an oil change. They said my transmission fluid and air filter were both in dire need of a change and couldn’t recommend I drive away without it being taken care of. I couldn’t afford it that day so had to say no. Months of stress later, I went into a different oil change establishment (Great Canadian Oil Change in Coquitlam) and they said everything was fine, and actually had on record that they had changed my transmission fluid only a year ago (I’d forgotten). So I don’t trust this place. There are plenty of other places that will offer better trustworthy service.

Absolutely worst oil change service. There was only 3 vehicles including ours and it took them over an hour. The guy even dropped a metal bar onto the front of our car when he went to grab it to close the hood. No apologies or mention of it. The free car wash was not worth it. It didn't even clean the car properly. The soap seems to be low as there was barely any soap on our vehicle and the water pressure was low. Car came out as if we just went through rain. Will never be back!!!!

Easily the best service I've gotten from a drive in oil change place. Everyone there was super friendly and they were able to easily explain everything that was being done and why. I doubt I'll be going anywhere else in the future. The supervisor (Mark, I think?) Did an incredible job, went above and beyond and his customer service was 11/10.

I was there recently for an oil change and was given a free soft cloth car wash as promoted. I came in today today as it expires tomorrow. As i got there it turns out their soft cloth machine was out of service. I spoke with one of the staff members by the name of Mark He tells me the soft cloth machine has been having problems. I had asked if he could reissue me another car wash as the machine is down and mine is still valid until today. He tells me he couldn't give me another car wash as they would lose out on $17 (value of the free car wash) and followed up with i was given ample of time to use it and it's basically my fault for not using it sooner. I explained to him it's not my fault the machine is down and they can't honor what they are advertising. Why offer the free car wash when the machine is known to have problems to begin with. He tells me to come back tomorrow to speak to the manager. I pointed out the ticket will expire tomorrow and the manager can just say they can't do anything because it's now expired. I've had my brake fluid and power steering services done here and have no complaints. It's mind boggling that he brought up about losing losing $17. Either they don't get paid enough to care because I'd be more worried about losing a reoccurring customer that would bring in much more.

Do your homework first. They inputted my make and model and then originally quoted $115 as computer recommended Synthetic oil. It was busy there, so I called Canadian Tire and their price was $101. I asked if they could match Canadian Tire and manager said no. They did not give me any coupons when I asked so I looked online and showed the manager on duty and he said ok to the $10 coupon. I said yes to $105 total. Then as they started, they said that my skid plate for my new SUV had 16 bolts and that it would cost $10 extra! I could not believe the scam this guy was pulling! With an air gun these bolts come off within seconds. He already knew my car was factory original and he just upped the price. What could I do? Then he said I needed an oil flush now or next time (only 13,000km) on vehicle. This is a very unnecessary upsell on a new vehicle. With every oil change you get a free car wash. It was good, so that is why this review is not just 1 star. I am not impressed with the sales tactics to me, and potentially to all the others out there. I won’t go back to JiffyLube again.

This location is great! When you go, ask for Mark. He’s the man! I live in the States but wanted to make sure my mom’s car was working well before I flew back. Mark told me he does the same for his mom who lives out of town, and he went above and beyond taking the time (even though he was technically off work and stayed late to help me) to show me what I needed and why, and charged me fairly for it. I can’t tell you the peace of mind I have knowing my mom’s car is working great and that she’ll be safe when driving during this cold winter. Thank you so much Mark. I really appreciate it!
