★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service.. don’t waste time here they don’t care about anything to do with you unless they feel nice that day, went to see them last weekend and they completely ignored my friend and I we stood there for good 15 mins for them to tell me they can’t work on my car.. very professional maybe hire someone to work in the front desk that talks to people nicely

While parking, Butch felt something wrong, diagnosed a broken motor mount other mechanics failed to detect (for years)! Sourced and repaired in a couple of hours to get me on my way. Thanks Butch, feels like a new car again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My exhaust repair would have been around 40% cheaper elsewhere. Make sure you question pricing of the quote especially the labor costs.. Better yet, just go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family have been going to this mechanic for many years and they NEVER let us down. They are an honest, fair and friendly family business. Over the years they have helped me with little notice on the fly situations and really helped with solutions for bigger jobs. They are truly wonderful and in this day and age vehicles can make life stressful when they don't work. Butches keeps that stress away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy asked us before working on our truck are we going to sell it or we going to keep it?because it was a major difference in price, We told him we were going to keep it and we wanted him to do a good job.. turns out this guy's a hack and didn't hang the exhaust properly on the hangers. I've had some rattle for the last year. I thought my torque converter was going but it was just the exhaust rattling against the subframe.. spent 900 bucks.. don't waste your money going here.. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spent $1750 on a custom exhaust here and they kept my original system.... engine light came on with in 2 days after install... I brought to him and he told me the code was not an exhaust code and if I wanted to know what the problem was id have to pay around 300 dollars "I literally just spent close to 1800 here" I was furious and to top it off he kept my (almost brand new) O.E.M muffler. I wish I had wrote this before but this happened just over a year ago and now I'm looking for a new shop for yet another custom job as I'm so disappointed in this work
