Man, its been awhile since I have found a good value for money shop. They did a 3 hour job for like 200 bucks labour. They just earned themselves a new customer. My buddy Charlie told me about Al and this place. Good stuff buddy. I will recomend every to go here. Quality parts too for dirt cheap. Ngk wires and plugs like 80 bucks. Very good shop!!

Great value from honest, caring and skilled mechanics here! Having relocated, I was concerned to find someone I could trust like my former, long-term mechanic, for my old chevy van. I sure got lucky at Vancouver Auto. Been in twice. Very reasonable, quick service. No gouging. Thanks, VAP! You guys are the best!

I bought new brake rotors from vap in October 2021. I had my mechanic installed them a week later. Now my front rotors are worn out in 6 months. I only drive from home to work and back. I am afraid to buy any more parts for my vehicle from vap in the future.

Brought my car in to replace my e-brake and clutch. Very, very poor communication from them throughout the entire experience. They called me once on the day that I brought it in to tell me that they ordered the brakes and clutch kit from a dealership and it would take four business days to get there. I waited six business days before calling them to see what was going on. They told me the part never arrived and that it would now be in after another two business days. They apologized and told me they'd call me in two days. Two days later, the day came and went with no phone call. I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and waited another two business days before calling them. They told me once again that the part hadn't shown up, but that it would for sure be in tomorrow. I asked them to please call me then to let me know whether it had come in or not, as I need my car for work, and "four days" had now turned into just under two weeks. I waited the entire next day. No phone call. I ended up calling them at the end of the day and they confirmed the part had come in and that my car would be ready at 2:00 the next day, two weeks from the day I brought it in. After I finished work the next day at 4:30 and called to confirm that my car was ready so I could pick it up. They told me AGAIN that my car would now be ready the NEXT day at 10am. Good thing I called instead of just trusting their poor time estimations. Finally THEY called ME for the second time ever the next day around 2:00 to let me know my car was ready for pick up. I went to pick my car up around 5:30. I noticed the car was absolutely filthy and covered in dirt and smears, but my car was covered in snow when I brought it in, so that was likely due to all the dirt and grime in the snow which stuck to my car once the snow melted. I drove it home and the clutch feels great. A little soft, but they warned me it might feel that way while I broke it in. The e-brake replacement is good too, no issues whatsoever. I gave them three stars because, while they replaced my clutch and brakes like I asked, the communication and estimates for timing were way off, making it next to impossible for me to make plans to get to work consistently, due to them not having any courtesy cars to offer. They charged me $3000 for all of this. I don't mind that it took two weeks instead of four days, but at least call me to keep me updated if you're going to hold onto one of my most important assets for a prolonged period of time well passed the time estimates you gave me. Especially when I've told you I need it for work. I won’t be going back to this place because their lack of communication made it complicated for me to continue working while They had my vehicle, but they did the job I asked them to, and they did it well.
