She asked pointed questions multiple times until she got the answers she needed about the safety of my car. I really appreciated her questions for a person who knows only bare basics about cars. They didn't start work until they gave me a quote and got my approval. My car was fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. Very happy customer and would definitely go back.

They checked out everything we asked them to and more, and didn’t fix anything because all those things were fine. Oil change and new tires went smoothly and we feel super confident recommending them and going back.

My previous workplace needed vehicles running at top-knotch capacity for fieldwork, during all seasons of the year, and Hyack provided exceptional servicing and repair jobs with a consistently friendly and transparent level of customer service. I have since departed ways from that position but continue to use Hyack for my personal vehicle's maintenance. Dave runs an honest business and will consistantly go above and beyond for customer needs at competitive prices. Their only wart is not being available on weekends but the overall quality of work makes it well worth making the time

Really can't say enough about the customer service. Fast, efficient, and fair price. Can't recommend enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my winter tires put on today. I am so happy. The technician took me around when my tires were off and explained that I need brakes and calipers. He took the time to show me and explain to me what I was seeing. It is so nice to take the time and effort to show and explain things to your customer. Thank you Troy. I will be back to have the work done for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my first occasion to use Hyack Tire today, after hearing about them from many in the New Westminster community on Facebook. Towed the vehicle in mid-afternoon unsure if I'd see it before the end of the week but I got a call shortly after 4pm telling me it was an easy and inexpensive fix. I got the vehicle back before closing and I couldn't be happier with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time bringing my vehicle in to check my pulsating brakes. They were honest and genuine and advised me I have another 10% left before I need to change my brakes. Just reaffirms the other reviews for this business and I’ll be bringing my car in when it’s time to fix the brakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I noticed i had a nail in one of my tires after work, and was able to get service from this location one hour before closing.
Friendly, quick and efficient service. Super appreciated as it was the day before the long weekend. My tires had acoustic foam from factory and they charged me the same price as a normal tire.
I’d definitely recommend coming here!
