S	Stephanie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such an incredible gym! A little small but if you go at the right times it’s the perfect little spot. I find it somewhat humorous that people complain about the service fees or cancellation policy. Most and all gyms I have ever been a member at have similar terms so clearly they have never signed up at a gym before or didn’t read their agreements before signing. Despite this gym being a tad small, it’s got all the equipment you need and the staff are so incredibly friendly and polite. I had an issue with my payment this month(completely my fault) and the front desk staff was extremely understanding. 1000% would recommend.
P	Piper Inglewood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never get a membership at this gym! The equipment is so old and it takes forever to get repaired. The owner is really rude. You can tell the owner wants the money to himself. The drop in fee is quite pricey for a small gym. I wish I could give 0 stars.
B	Bhoy George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The equipment is old, malfunctioning, and some is broken. Workout areas are often commandeered by groups of "gym bros." The owner comes across as passive aggressive, almost like he's unhappy with being where he is. Maybe his apathy is also why the gym is run down, smelly, and in desperate need of renovation. I've seen people fob in and then hold the door for non-member friends to walk in. I've also seen strangers just wander in during the daytime when the door's open but nobody's at the desk. It's a cheap gym, which is decent, although they are very obviously all about shaking as much money from you instead of providing a decent gym experience. I definitely wouldn't recommend joining. 3.4 stars says it all, tbh.

When I went to cancel my membership I had to pay a cancellation fee. I wanted to see if he could wave the fee since I was a member for almost 4 years. I left a message for the owner to call me and no one replied. I went in there to talk to the owner and he was not there. I feel so disrespected that no one would even call me back!!!! I had to pay the cancellation fee. I would not recommend this gym due to the business etiquette I received. I am disgusted at how I was treated after so many years of membership.

The gym is old and dirty but that was originally ok with me. However, it's the scamming nature and utter rudeness of the manager that I have a serious problem with. Honestly, rude is not a good enough word to capture the horrible nature of this human. I have never once left a negative review but I feel the need to warn others. I know $10 every 2 weeks is cheaper in comparison to other private gyms but rec centers are just as cheap and the rec staff actually care about you and your experience. Plus rec centers are cleaned and maintained regularly...

Despite that other message, I went yesterday today to register, there was a lady and a gentleman who are super friendly, show us around the gym, explain everything. I booked for tomorrow through email, response quickly and nicely. They explained about Covid situation, 1. Should make a booking before come down to prevent, people limit and go home 2. Tissue and sanitizer to wipe the equipment after use There are planty of equipments. Some are out of order not because of broken for social distance. Might not have so updated equipments. But you can exercise every single part of muscles or fitness. Best part is 24/7. If you are shift worker or early bird or late night worker suite you. I am not a promoter, just a positive reviewer. If you look for effortable or limited budget on fitness this is good for you. If you think, you can spend 400CAD above, look for shiny, vibrant, updated equipment and atmosphere, please skip.
E	Eli Klinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great gym during covid, many people walking around and working out without masks and no protocols being followed. Pretty small gym as well and some dated equipment. Might be the best budget option in New West but didn't feel comfortable working out here.

The gym is clean and tidy. Total recommend if you're okay with not receiving the extras you would get at other gyms that charge around $50.00 per month. Give it a shot! because you have nothing to loose.
