★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to go here and use to look at their online menu and pick what I wanted before I went in. Now they took away the online menu so you can see what’s on sale anymore. I feel like this was done on purpose to make people spend more money. So I haven’t been here in at least a month for that reason alone. There is 100 other places to get it so I won’t be back here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. The employees are fake-nice and mislead you in your purchase. Always hiding the truth and promoting the most expensive choice possible while covering up the affordable options. A few months ago they double charged me for a product and failed to make things right, claiming I was in the wrong. They are liars and theifs and will swindle you blind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During most recent visit, I asked security about 6 person capacity to which I was met with aggressive visual attitude from a staff member…. I don’t look like a skid or a junkie but was met with unnecessary attitude.. left the store & will.NEVER return - this is still a customer service industry & we have choices…staff need some education on how to treat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Regular customer almost every other day. Came at 1055pm and said they were closed. Signage says 11pm and closed already. I guess being the only store in the area makes them set their own rules. Won't be coming back here anymore. I rather go out of my way to buy something then come back to service that isn't provided during business hours. Took me a few minutes to write this and it's 1101pm now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer experience, but I am very unhappy with the quality of product and of the way it was stored in store. As soon as i left the store i opened the package expecting “live resin” and instead there is a very un-viscus liquid moving around. Very unhappy with this product as my first purchase from a dispensary!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok some of the staff are sweethearts but I get terrible vibes from the bloody security staff. And some of the higher up managers guess they don' t like me. I just wanted some edibles they said I was not welcome anymore. Why discriminate against a brother? This is Canada. Year 2022. Why does it feel like I am checking into a high security prison when I go into this store? Rest assured, if you are the person who is threatened by a good time. This IS the place for you. If you are here for a good time, NOT a long time. DON'T BOTHER going. You are better off supporting a more friendly, less sketchy establishment. Bye bye Maple Leaf you do not represent Canada. True North Strong and Free? NOT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service and vibe of the environment was great! They've got a wide selection of great products. I came in the other day and bought some Diamonds by Kolab for a decent price. The quality of the concentrate was great and much higher than the one I was previously buying. Although it was slightly expensive, it will definitely last longer than usual. The diamonds did lack a little sauce but that's not the dispensary's fault.
