โ โ โ โ โ It is impossible to access any information on My Service Canada.com. The wait time for the phone service is greater than 2 hours. Go figure! I have been trying for 2 days now. I am looking for my T4 tax slips for CPP & OAS. I have not received them as yet. The recording says they can be accessed from My Service Canada, but one must have an ACCESS CODE. One has to apply for this CODE, I applied for this CODE, they say it will be mailed to me but have not seen it for the last 7 days. Can someone help me please.

Not going anywhere...
Phone call waits are herendous, and she usully gets disconnected..

โ โ โ โ โ We waited about 6 hours in line but At 4 pm they simply said we are off. We went early at 8pm in morning, badly couldnโt get service. There were just two people on service who were talking allmost one hour per person. Very bad experience.

โ โ โ โ โ The security lady was so rude. I was standing in the line for an hour with 3 kids under 5, after 3:30 pm they said passport service is closed. So I wanted to ask something, and she asked me to go out, so rude and mean.

I reside in Surrey but getting SIN number here was an impossible task as i returned twice from Sullivan square service canada and langley after waiting in long lines which started hours before the opening times(i stood from 6:30-4 at service canada Sullivan square) .But in maple ridge there were no lineups .you can go in anytime you want not before opening hours , there are only 10 people even if there are lines and you ll get free in an hour maximum. Moreover the staff is very polite and works at a decent speed.

โ โ โ โ โ slow!!! My grandson applied for his passport in mid october- his original birth certificate was taken and the application sent back and redone. Cdn Passport office is good at taking your money but unable to perform a basic service. My grandson is mohawk- if he was a foreigner or white he would have better service lol

โ โ โ โ โ I just left this Service Canada location, absolutely amazing service. I was in line inside for about 10 minutes (but I came earlier than my appointment time). I was applying for a new passport and it only took 15 minutes! I didnโt get a name from who helped me, but the customer service was great, fast, and theyโre very respectful. They do take walk-ins but appointments are prioritized, if you want to make an appointment go on eServices Canada.
Update (May 27): They processed/made my passport on May 9th and it delivered about 5-8 days after.

โ โ โ โ โ Professional service. carefully checked my document of applying passport.
I went here several times for SIN cards, and recently for passport application. Service quality level is consistent.
I saw lots of compliant recenlty due to the long waiting queue due to passport bust.
I dont agree on those of especially Asian people at all, just because of long queueing outside and started to blame the Canada service folks. they just did their job and fulfilled the responsiblity...nothing wrong to deal with the long queue...What do you expect? Ignore COVID concerns and let all people in the small office?
I went the office last week ..every time arrive around before 5:30AM.. under current situation, wating is inevitable.. stop blaming wokers there just like a crying baby.
