Bravo Gas Fireplace Service

I called them to fix my gas fireplace. They said they would order parts. Never heard from them, so when I called for an update, Fred was very rude and combative. Super unprofessional and rude. Do NOT recommend

We needed to get our gas fireplace maintained/repaired since we hadn't had it done in 8 years. The switch was temperamental and was getting worse. I called Bravo and Fredy got back to me w/in 30 min, gave me a quote & said he could squeeze us in w/in the hour. He came w/a mask on, laid down a drop cloth and had a vacuum with him. He did a fabulous job cleaning our very dirty fireplace. We didn't know how bad it was until after he finished as it looks brand new! The switch now works as it should. When the bill came, there were no surprises. He charged us the service call he said he would. Thank you for the quality work!

Very responsive and helpful. Others I called were booking a month away, they had a quick opening. Wagner was on time, cleaned as he went along. Quick and reasonable

Highly recommend these guys. They were able to squeeze me in the following day after calling them with 2 gas fireplace issues, which I really appreciated since it was my only day off this week. Arrived on time and did an excellent job servicing both our fireplaces. One didn’t work at all. Continuously cleaned up while working. Great service and value.

Discussed situation prior to appointment. First comment prior to even appointment made is that we have wrong type of fireplace. Situation explained again need to check if pipes are connected on cap as there was a issue during install where pipes repeatedly came off. Subject shows up and does not bring ladder or even step ladder etc. Want me to supply otherwise he will go and get one. I supplied ladder,. Gets on roof and appears baffled how to take off cap.and then goes into a the story how fireplaces work. DIID NOT ATTEMPT to take off cap Asked if he was going to take off cap and no reply asked twice more and he started to state how fireplaces work. Finally stated to him if you are going to take off do it and no reply. Wasted time, Very Poor service, Confirmed this date 16 MAR2022) (after subject stated he was licensed but unable to produce document) through Technical Safety BC for licensed gas person, Bravo Gas Fireplace Service license has expired as of 01 January 2022.

I called Bravo after a bad experience with another company. They came the same day and figured out the problem with my fireplace right away. He was very knowledgeable and showed me that another part I was told was broken actually wasn’t. I appreciated how much information he gave me and didn’t push the fix, told me I could fix it when I was ready. Thanks for great service!

We needed a new glass for our fireplace. We contacted about 6 or 7 companies. Some never got back to us. A couple would have had to order the glass with an 8 to 10 week wait. Bravo GFS had our glass in stock. From contact to installation it took less than 24 hours. Thank you!
