β β β β β It was my customer rights to pay them 8% tip according to my opinion on their service. The waitress complained that I didn't pay at least 10% and started an argument. Eventually I gave them extra $5 to stop this nonesense and to leave the scene. The food was decent, however they've permanently lost a group of customers let alone from their waitress' stubbornness and being rude.

β β β β β $16 for a combo B order which is a good portion but tasteless and feels old. The taste wonβt take you go back again and its not fresh at all.

β β β β β Food is great, but service is not. Won't say hello to you when you walk in and not very ustomer service oriented. Feels like they know their food is good, they would survive even if you don't go there. It's like a take it or leave it feeling. Servers are good but the management doesn't seem very friendly as they are only nicer to certain people with social privileges.

β β β β β Okay yum! The deep fried prawns were good! The beef and broccoli was perfection. The ginger beef was also tasty. And the Szechwan chicken was divine! I will definitely be coming back here for more

β β β β β Easy to find, and don't judge this book by its cover. Restaurant is nice inside. Staff are very friendly, pleasant and polite. Food was very good. Portions were very large... kind of too large for me. Flavours good but not a lot of flavour variation, meaning they tasted the same. I do recommend you go and I will return, just not for a while.

β β β β β One of the best Dim Sums in Langley. It gets busy fast for brunch during weekends. Dim sum is pretty good compared to other restaurants in Langley. Egg tarts and spring rolls are good!

β β β β β Solid dim sum. Service was okay, some servers could have been friendlier. Some dishes were better than others. The resto was quite busy on a Saturday afternoon. The sesame prawn toast is bomb and the reason I'd prob come back.
