β β β β β The food is good, but the in-person and phone service is not. They no longer do delivery, they rely on Skip/Uber/Doordash. When I called to get an estimate for a LARGE dinner order as their available online menus are very outdated the woman that answered had no clue what I was talking about. I tried many different ways to explain what I wanted and she still refused to help me.
We have been going here for years, but tonight's experience has me looking at other places. I ended up ordering dinner for my family from a different restaurant that was able to help me.
Previously we have gone to eat at the restaurant and waited for someone to acknowledge us for 20 or more minutes. One time I walked out to the truck and called in a pick-up order. We sat in the truck until it was ready. Another time we waited for service in the restaurant and no one noticed us. I called and someone immediately picked up, I asked them to come out front so we could be seated and eat. Both times the restaurant was empty.

β β β β β Love Fork N' Chopstix! Their ginger beef is our favorite but we also love their crispy chicken chow mein, honey garlic chicken balls and their spring rolls have a unique flavour that is amazing! We like more than any other place and sometimes just order them for a snack. We really like that their lunch and dinner for one combos as they allow substitutions. You do have to pay a little extra for the sub, but totally worth it to get the ginger beef in it! (For ginger beef I believe it is a dollar extra) Any cons? Yep, I have to say their chow mein isn't the best. It isn't bad either. However, there isn't much flavour and the noodles are small and soft. Nothing impressive, that is something we don't love. Everything else we have tried I don't have anything bad to say. They are very popular, so wait times can be long and a lot of times they say 25mins and it is more like 40...but their service is good as well. The main server can be rushed but she is a nice person and does get to know you if you come in more often. We have just moved from the area 2 weeks ago and are now 4 hours away. It is the one restaurant I am really going to miss. You better believe we will eat there anytime we come into town!

β β β β β is it just me or am i seeing my take out containers are wayyy smaller than they used 2 b .... love the food but this is the reason i don't buy reeses peanut butter cups anymore....anyone else???? - getting tired of the company ripoff and smaller portions!

β β β β β i ordered through skip. but it's all about the food the taste and smell were very unpleasant. I ordered the pork rice with chop suey and sweet and sour pork and crispy ginger beef. what every they fried my food in had to of been old oil since it all had defining taste burnt deep fried batter, the pork has weird tangy taste to it. it's worse then cheap Chinese food you can taste all the corners they're cutting in the kitchen. i will not be going back to this place

β β β β β if I could give them ZERO STARS i would!! First of all they gave me FOOD POISONING months ago.. so i have stayed away till recently i went back thinking maybe it was a fluke and i always used to like their food up till then.. their Almond chicken was ROCK HARD AND INEDIBLE i tried 2 pieces and couldnβt get a through it couldnβt even chew, their pork looked RAW and their noodles were crunchy and GREASIER than i have ever seen noodles ever.. and when we went back to return it to see if we could get something else they DENIED ANY WRONG DOING saying we got it from another restaurant even though we had the receipt and showed it to them.. then the older lady started arguing and yelling at me and telling me i was just a β White Girl trying to CHEAT them out of business!!β i was shocked!! We used to be loyal customers and now we will NEVER GO BACK and tell all our friends to NEVER go back.. I donβt know if they was maybe just having a bad day but thatβs not how you run a business ever.. ZERO STARS !!!!
