β β β β β Was a little skeptical because of the location. This is probably the best Chinese food in Maple Ridge though. If you're expecting that traditional American style Chinese food, you'll be happy.
We ordered 2 combination dinners and the portions were large, it wasn't very expensive. Sweet and sour pork and almond chicken were both really good. Veggies in chop suey were fresh.

β β β β β Can't beat the Super Special for take out or delivery! Always large portions. Prices went up again recently (as with everywhere) & only a couple times in my 6 yrs of take out was the food not as fresh... Otherwise, love this place & the staff are always very nice too ??

β β β β β Recently we ordered dinner from Kings Kitchen including an order of prawns. I swear those are some of the best breaded prawns Iβve ever had. I think theyβre using a new coating now, maybe breadcrumbs, because they were so big and crispy! The rest of our order was good as well, but those prawns were fantastic!

β β β β β The breaded chicken was terrible to much batter the kings style rice was terrible it was freezing cold like ice. It was strange for a place that's been around as long as this one you think they would have figured out. How to make rice by now. I ordered the dinner for five and a special egg Foo young which was really good. I spent over a $100 on this meal and was so disappointed if you haven't figured it out yet. Then you should at the very least make it right I never complained to the restaurant. I wasn't going back out in the rain all the way back to the restaurant so they weren't given the chance to correct it. So I guess basically let's see if this is corrected $100 is alot when two of the meals weren't any good. So I got a dinner for four which didnt feed 6 people maddening.

β β β β β Was not very impressed at all, ordered like enough for a 3 person dinner and of course there was more than enough but the quality left a lot to be desired.
Almond chicken was anything but...
Chicken fried rice was like old or something
Boneless deep fried pork was unbelievably greasy.
I was very disappointed because they used to be an okay place to eat...
