There are five desks, however only two are available. Only a tow employee and a tow security guard are present. The corona is merely a pretext.

A long lineup is a daily norm but this location has no interest in speeding up and left people wait forever. I count 4 people come out in an hour, if there's a negative star I won't hesitate to rate one
F	Frank Carpenetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for several hours in line at 8:30am. People kept going in, but seems no one ever came out? Lady that came out to see why people were there, appears she should be retired by the way she moved. Never did get in, got fed up and left. What a joke!
W	William Hue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought my 83-year-old father here to change his address for CPP and OAS; arrived at 10:30 and saw about 13 people lined up outside. After one hour, one person was allowed to enter. The two security guards could only offer "I don't know" to people who asked about the approximate waiting time. After five (5) hours of standing without anything to eat or drink (washrooms were out of order, too), we made it inside the building. However, the people behind us, who had arrived at 12:30, were met with locked doors and had to go home after wasting half their day in line. Inside, we waited another half hour, and the agent was reasonably cordial despite already working overtime. We had been here before but have never seen it so busy, with no queue management, directions from staff, or even lines on the ground. Perhaps another improvement could be to hand out address-change forms to those needing simply this service.
S	Shan Ye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with all the 1-star review. They are really short-staffed and disorganized and there are definitely a lot of room for improvement. The line moved extremely slow and they only processed 2-3 people every hour. So even though there were only 15 or so people in front of me I waited in line for hours. Advice - bring a chair and water and some snacks. Be prepared to wait in line for long time. Also I know it sounds crazy but if you could get there as early as possible (6-7am) so that you can be the first couple of people in line your total wait time would be so much shorter.
R	Ronnie Macapobre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with all the recent reviews here. Me and my wife waited for 2 hours outside while raining before getting accommodated. We arrived 8:15am and we were already 10th in the line. The officer who attended to us was nice and friendly though. Suggest to book an appointment to get priority in line if you plan to go to this office until restrictions are lifted and more officers come in.

Four more in front of me and I’m not sure I’ll make it in before 4pm when they’ll close. I dunno how many officers are inside and what they do, but definitely not enough to accommodate everyone. And cherry on top — I can’t book an appointment online because I’m not a citizen or PR holder. “Fantastic” service.
