★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor response from these people. They WILL NOT respond to any questions, phone calls, email, or errors of the website for this office. The staff and SUPERVISOR finally gave me a faresaver (bus ticket) from the drawer but it was over 6 yrs old (expired) faresaver card. A ZOMBIE would be more help. The non-caring, no effort, no help NO NO NO to all attitude is not valid in any service. The NO PEOPLE still get paid for sitting all day and doing nothing to help. What is the purpose of listing a FALSE ADDRESS, WRONG MAP PIN, WRONG CITY, on the website and then refusing to correct it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never have a problem at this office, out of the ones I've had to endure I'm so thankful this is my office now, it was my original office and when I had to move was very sad as they always have impeccable service and are extremely accommodating, when they cant help solve an issue are very apologetic, after being at three different surrey offices and the one in
Burnaby I find it very funny that people have anything to complain about at the location as honestly it is the best and most well served office I've been with and the staff are extremely friendly. Thank you Poco.
