★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This center without any doubt is one of the best WorkBc centers with great professional and supportive staff.
Since I started my case here with Mahshid I received professional help and support throughout my job search journey and she is very patient, knowledgeable supportive, and caring. She is aware of the labor market and she gave me very reasonable advice and guidance.
after finishing the workshops and following her advices I got introduced to my Job developer Hiwot. without any exaggeration I can say she is the best and the most helpful person I have met in my life. she is super caring, compassionate and supportive and she does everything she can to assist me during all my up and downs .
Hopefully and fortunately I found my desirable job in less than 2 month with the help of the staff in WorkBc port Coquitlam.

I heard about work Bc facilities but I didn’t have experience, finally I came to work Bc Port Coquitlam and I had two events for my resume and cover letter which was amazing and it made me to change my resume and portfolio in right way. Then my best part was my meeting with Hiwot S. Alemayehu | Career Advisor/Job Developer. She has positive energy and she deals with lot energy and guides me step by step to find a job and professionally and calmly invited me to peace and faith, which had a great impact on my life. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff was amazing and supportive. very knowledgeable in the process of finding a job, resumes, interviews, job searching and training certificates. the 3 case with workers at the poco office I had. hiwot was truly amazing and supportive, Natalie writes the best resumes and cover letter not to mention very supportive, Susan was knowledgeable in the begging of my job search. all three I own a big thx to for all your hard work and support. I highly recommend this office, if your in need of work or change of career.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In pursuit of a new career, I have been working with Deborah for the last year or so, and she has been absolutely indispensable. Deborah's kind and focused approach has been an immense resource for strategizing the next steps and as well a dependable voice of confidence when things seemed unsure.
Suffice to say our game plan paid off. I am gainfully employed in a brand new industry and my family is all the better for it.
WorkBC must be proud knowing they'd hired such a wonderful Employment Coach.

I appreciate that she worked with tight deadlines and continously had my case active and pursued any options. I was successful and am so appreciative of her support. WorkBC is an amazing service and I highly recommend asking for Susan. She supported me completely through the whole process from looking from work, education to finding a job and needing support. I really appreciate the assistance made by my Case Manager, Susan who always signed up for the workshops needed for me and was always helpful regarding any requirement. Also a big shout out to Natalie who helped me set up a amazing resume setup which helped me a lot to find the right career I was looking forward to. I definitely recommend to anyone that is looking forward to find their right career to visit WorkBC in Port Coquitlam.
