★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to go for my nails here all the time. Regular customer and was happy. Only last week I went did the regular manicure gel and 4 of my nail gels got chipped off 3 days after. I called and the manager said come we will fix it, but I mentioned I don't have time and they offered 20% off for next time after I had to ask a few times whats their other solution. Honestly as a regular customer and the fact that my nails got chipped off 3 days after and I had important events to go to I expected a better service. Unfortunately, I won't be going back here anymore. Just disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in 10 minutes early, ended up having a 2.5 hour appt. The young girl was having trouble filing the colour off, machine battery then dies, then switches with a different tech. He doesn't want to do it so she comes back and continues. But they obviously have a disagreement. She had an attitude. Totally uncomfortable. When my nails are finally filed down enough I am then asked to switch seats and go to the other tech. Then I was charged for the French tips and design at the end of the service. That was my first and last time I'll probably go there. Unfortunately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for manicure and pedicure. Person servicing me constantly rolled her eyes every time I spoke. Wasn’t sure if the artificial lashes were bothering her or if she was having a attitude. There was no hot water for soaking the feet. She had to carry multiple bowls of hot water to the foot tub. The solar lights weren’t working she had to constantly unplug and plug the light in. I felt bad for the person and working conditions. Ice cold foot soak was not comfortable. We will never go back. Paint job was okay but the facility needs repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been booking with Jenny for many years now and the service was great. Well that has changed and In the recent past I have had 2 appointments where I showed up and my appointment was either booked incorrectly or not booked at all. As a mother of a toddler it is extremely frustrating when you make arrangements for someone to watch your child only to find out they messed up the appointments. My time is to valuable to keep having this issue happen. I will not be coming back and suggest if you do, to double triple check your appointment is booked correctly in the first place. And the pedicures are the worst I've ever recieved. Waist of my time!

I actually did get my last pedicure at your location so that's false. maybe if you were more organized you would know that. And as you know, I avoided getting my feet done there for the reason of not liking my pedis the last few times but ended up trying one more time with you guys just because it's convenient to get my nails done at the same time as a pedi. Mistake! Jenny I understand you have a business to run but are you calling me a lier? I did make an appointment both times and my bad for not double checking my text message from you however that does not take away from the fact that you have not once but twice messed up my appointments. I've already found an alternative salon and will never be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to be a regular customer and was satisfied until just recently my sis and I had a unpleasant situation and were very surprised by the managers reaction. My sis had a gel manicure and right after 4 of her nails just chipped. She called and asked what they can do for her and all she said was that yea we can't do much and all she can do is a 20% off...on top of that they have increased the prices as well...and she wasn't even helpful and didn't care about customer satisfaction, even though it was their mistake not doing a good finish on the nails. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for a walk in appointment for a pedicure with shellac, and this is my new go to place! The salon is very clean and the technician was very throughout and did an excellent job. The message chairs were also amazing! Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time a couple weeks ago. I will never ever go back . The salon is not clean. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was rude and kept hurt me. She barely finished my manicure No massage my hands nothing and I paid for the more expensive manicure and pedicure.
The owner is sweet but this place need a good cleaning and new attitude on her staff. When I return home one of my nail was bleeding. So no ! Never again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My usual nail lady had an emergency so I had to venture elsewhere. I was not disappointed by my experience here!!
I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they ran with it picking the colours and getting me painted.
They were so good at making sure my nails were absolutely perfect before claiming to be done. I think a couple of my nails had 3 or 4 clear top coats to make sure they were evenly painted with no dents or thinner spots.
Absolutely love the colours and they have such a big selection of colours, they really have something for everyone in every colour. I'll definitely be back!
