B	Brittany Cornford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed the lady did an okay job with tinting a little too dark for my liking. The lady that waxed my eyebrows took way too much off on the right and didnt even bother to tell me or fix it just left it, i hadnt noticed it wasnt even until i left by that point it was too late. Not happy at all. They rude abrupt and lack personal skills. Will never go back to this place.
k	karolyn mcleod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never go back to this place again, even though I live right next door. Last time I was there I got a pedicure and my nails filled. They did my pedicure first and then my nails. After I was home for at least 45 minutes I noticed one of my toes was messed up. When I touched it the polish was not set (in the past I have screwed up my own nails by not being careful) I touched other toes and had none of them were set. I went back and showed them and one of the ladies (not Jenny) said it was my fault and that they weren't going to do anything. Ummm NO. She was screaming something in Vietnamese very loudly to the other employees. I felt like an idiot. They finally agreed to re-do and when I said I wanted a different polish she yelled loudly again. I was very embarrased for something that I didn't even do. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone
H	Heather S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place and won’t go anywhere else. I found this place by chance, when I living close by and it was a gem. Kim and Jenny are the best girls you could ever get. I never go to anyone else. Now that I live farther away, almost an hour drive, I still make the trip to see them and get my stuff done.... And yes for anyone who looks at this and asks, have you tried other places closer to your home, oh I have, and nothing or no one does it better than Kim and Jenny!! Thanks Girls.

I’d read bad reviews about this place, but I was desperate to get my acrylic nails removed so I went. I though hey how bad could nail removal go? Let me tell you. They attempted to remove my nails by ripping them off using fake nail tips and utensils and got angry when I asked to instead use an acetone solution. Later she tried to work on my hands immidietely after doing a pedicure and got angry when I politely asked her if she could wash her hands first. Let me repeat that she got angry that I asked her to please wash her hands in between clients. They are unprofessional, unsanitary and rude. Don’t go, no matter how desperate you are.

I’m not sure if they’re using inferior products but that shouldn’t happen. Also, when they put one nail extension on it was crooked and the best they would say is I will fix it next time when I clearly have a very crooked nail and that is unacceptable.

I tried this place out for the first time on Sunday, by Tuesday my gel nail polish was popping and peeling off on 6/10 fingers. Clearly, there was something wrong or it was not set properly. I popped back in to ask them to fix it and the lady who did was rude and basically told me I had purposely peeled the polish off and scolded me about it multiple times. She was also extremely rough while sanding off the gel polish and most of my real nails. My nails have never been so thin. I will never go back here.
