★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed in this place, I've been here many times before but the quality has really sunk. Charged $6.00 for palao and got plain rice with my food. The butter chicken ($19) had only five small pieces of chicken, great if you hate sustinance and love to pay money for nothing. Sauce was spilled in the bag for my pakoras and it looked like items with just thrown in (even upside down for one). When I came in to pick up my order no one was wearing masks amongst staff or adhering to health codes. The man at the front code was openly picking his nose infront of the food. This isn't even a thing of covid measures, this is simple foodsafe protocol that isn't cared to be followed. It's sad because I used to love this place and went out of way to support them.
P.S. don't bother trying to justify in the comments why you made the choices you did, it appears you regularly combat negative reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend fish pakora. Have tried this dish at other restaurants in the lower mainland and this by far our family's go to favorite. Wait times can be long due to small venue (takeout only). Another suggestion when ordering is to opt in for the combo which includes naan and rice. They also have an assortment of indian sweets and indian snacks. If in the Tri City area, this is one of the best Indian takeout restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Indian food! We moved to the area six months ago and we were excited to find a take out place with good quality and freshness. We have tried other Indian restaurants in the tricities and this one has been the best in our honest opinion. I don't normally take the time out to write a review but I felt they deserve to be recognized. The young woman who works at the front desk is delightful to interact with. She is polite and considerate - today she offered to package our sweets in separate containers so that they would not get soggy. During Diwali they are super busy and you can see just how hard all the staff are working to quickly serve the long line ups. yet they are always courteous and professional. The sweets we ordered (Gulab Jamun and Besan Ladoo) were clearly made fresh and prepared in-house. You could taste the perfect amount of cardamom in the Gulab Jamun - their pastry chef is very talented and I appreciate knowing that the sweets that I am giving to my kids is fresh. For dinner we ordered naan, chili chicken, malai kofta and vegetable biryani. All delicious. I have found ordering online and then picking up my order has been the best option to save time. Another added perk is that It's right next to Fruiticana, so I can do my Indian grocery shopping and then pick up my order on my way home. Thank you for cooking quality food for our family, we appreciate it! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There isn't a single week which I haven't had Samosas or without ordering food from this restaurant since the day I started residing in Port Coquitlam.
Veggie Samosa, Garlic Naan, Butter Chicken and Coconut shredded Jamun are my favorites.
Usually I prefer to order online before leaving to the restaurant rather than waiting outside the restaurant, that saves my time as well. Thank you!
