I have tried 3 weekly trial pack and I am really happy with their service and the food they provide! Heard few negative reviews from my peer, but to be honest everything worked really well with me! Food: Their food is nice, less oily as compared to other service and home cooked food I tried so far which really impressed me and gave me reason to subscribe for their monthly service! Customer Service: They have one of the best customer service I have come across. They go above and beyond to solve your issues and make sure all your request is handled!

The food itself is not bad. There is enough variety in options and the food tastes good and homemade. The customer service on the other hand is terrible. On our first day with the service, the delivery never arrived. The customer service associate did not do anything to help us and did not even mention that we will not be getting food that day. When we switched from trial to monthly subscription, we got charged twice and are still waiting for the refund. Again no help from customer service. Overall, I am spending more time trying to sort things out with customer service that actually cooking my own meals.

Horrible experience. Even after several calls and complaining about chapattis being raw, there were absolutely no action taken. They make it a point of serving good chapattis the first month and when you get satisfied they start disappointing you in every possible ways. In addition to this, even after getting the option of selecting menu( which is good), the worse part is they write the selected item on the bag and give wrong items inside. Such a huge disappointment. I don’t know from which angle the one beside masoor daal looks like pudina chicken.

Horrible experience. Food: The quality of food is so bad. I took the subscription of one month as after watching a video on YouTube. Their motto is "Home-made" food but it doesn't stand up to the mark. They give a option of choosing your menu and sometimes you get different items. Every vegetable has its own taste still I don't understand how Yogi's kitchen makes it possible to taste the same. After 3 or 4 day, you start feeling like you are eating the same vegetable everyday. There is no difference in that. Customer Service: Their delivery service is good. Customer representative asks for your feedback but doesn't take any action. Eventually, I had to cancel my subscription after one week and proceed with refund. They say it takes 5 to 7 days to get your refund. It's going to be 15 days I haven't received my money back.

This is a great food delivery service for yummy Indian food. We have been ordering their vegetarian options, so I can speak for that. The food tastes so close to home made, not too oily and not too much spice/masala. The options to choose from is also quite impressive and the food is delivered on time. They also provide a link to track your order and the customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this to people who are unable to find time to cook a nice homemade meal. Give this service a try and I am sure you won't regret :) !!

I have been ordering my lunch from Yogi's kitchen for over 6 months now. I am really happy with the service and the food they provide. Today I was having some trouble renewing my meal plan. I got in touch with Akshay at the office and he was able to sort out the issue. Keep up the great work!

Update after 1 month usage Delivery timing has improved most of the time. But I now keep backup food handy. It is a good value add to my busy life. Changing rating from 1 to 4. β€”β€”β€”β€” I’m a customer who just finished the 1 week trial and renewed for 3 months subscription. Food - good variety, even spicy option is pretty mild. Containers and presentation is good. Food feels solid. Cuts junk food snacking. Can select in advance using the app. Delivery - haphazard. NOT dependable. One day it comes at 12:30pm. On another day it comes at 2:45pm. When I transitioned from trial to subscription my 2 remaining days got lost in a glitch and I was left waiting for the food to arrive. Only when I called customer care did they promptly tell me about the glitch. Yesterday I received no food at all. No warning or prior intimation. When I called customer care they said it was gas line problem. Nobody told me. Of the 6 days I have eaten their food, 3 days I have been hungry/left hanging/ made to order Uber eats in the last minute. I’m very disappointed to write this. I thought this will enable me to eat nutritious food on time. Gone for a toss.

Yogi's Kitchen = Oye! Sick thing! (anagramatically speaking) OVERALL EXPERIENCE In their own words, Yogi’s Kitchen is "a modern, customer-oriented, and technology-based platform committed to making life easier and convenient for those struggling for their lunch and dinner meals with delivery". I agree with their self-assessment because for the past few months that I've being their customer, we've not had to worry about where the next meal is coming from - be it rain or shine (or even snow!), the neatly and sustainably packed and labeled food packages are delivered to our home punctually on the days of our choice! Based on my experience with Yogi's, they offer a consistently good meal service, tasty food, and punctual delivery of meals to one's doorsteps. They have a very neat and professional website and app where you can view/select/ compare meal plans, choose from/update weekly menus, pause/resume service, chat with customer service, etc. Their customer service is good with prompt and efficient folks at the customers' beck and call. MEAL PLANS Yogi's offers three meal plans - Basic, Standard and Exclusive, and they have a nice tabular comparison of these options on their website and app. They have regular sales and discounts for their subscription plans for a month or more, so definitely good value for money. Once you sign up for a plan, the meal credits are reflected in your account, which allows you to view and select from the daily menus for the ongoing week. After lots of assessment initially, we had selected the Standard Plan, and it had been good so far. MEAL PACKAGES Yogi's Kitchen offers multiple meal packages (Single, Couple, Triple, Family), and the larger package sizes are accompanied by discounts. We opted for the single package which is good enough for two meals of a person with a healthy appetite! FOOD The food quality is pretty good with most items being tasty plus giving the feeling of their being made homemade. The food quantity is quite a lot, plus they don't repeat any dish in a week. Still the downside is that, as with any other type of food, continuously consuming their meals across weeks becomes repetitive and monotonous. So, it's important to space out the packages using their meal pause option! Also, their special meals are not the best (Biryani is too greasy) and Continental options are okayish. DELIVERY Though they have a meal pickup option, Yogi's delivery service is their USP and steals the limelight. Their delivery coverage is extensive and they cover most of Metro Vancouver, though certain areas are not in their scope. Their live order tracking feature is neat, and their delivery folks such as Navjot and Lakshay are fantastic for the consistently good delivery service they provide! CSR Yogi's Kitchen guarantees a 100% REFUND if you are not satisfied with their service, and promise to issue a refund for the unused portion of the service. Their portal states that they're committed to contributing to the society, and they promise to feed the dispossessed people in Canada. How neat is that! PRO TIPS Yogi's offers TRIAL PLANS for one day and one week on their Standard and Exclusive Plans. Checking out the weekly trial plan upfront gave us a good idea of what we were signing up for. So, please make sure to use this option before subscribing for a longer duration meal plan. They do have a REFERRAL scheme that benefits the referrer and the referred person. So, please do DM me if you plan on checking them out, and I'll be happy to send you an invite :)
