I also had an awesome lady do my pedi, however my friend wasn't taken very good care of, her feet did not get as much love as mine did. There are great ladies that work there and do amazing jobs, some of the others are a miss unfortunately.

They are very kind and never make u feel like you're putting them out. I have never been turned away even as a walk in. Super accommodating and when I phone in same day for an appointment they always find a way to fit me in. They have even done a pedicure on my 10 year old son as he had an ingrown toenail that was incredibly painful. They managed to get it all out for him and have it grow in the correct way. They were very gentle and he ended up enjoying himself with the awesome massage chairs. He was really nervous and they really went above and beyond to make him comfortable. I'm very grateful. The pedicures have always been great too, nice chairs, good polish selection, TV in front of the chairs, hot stone massage, etc. I usually do a gel polish removal, a new pedicure and shellac and it is around 40/45. I've had both Hannah and Celine do my pedicures and both are super sweet . 45$ for a shellac removal Deluxe pedicure New shellac polish 30$ for a basic pedicure no removal Highly recommend!

I was not satisfied at all. Helen did my pedicure in a rush. She was more concerned about the time and going home. My toe nails were filed and buffed in a rush. When I asked, she said they were fine and did not do anything to them. I asked if I could get a manicure done coz I thought they closed at 7pm, she said no, she could not do it as they normally close at 6pm. Apparently she mentioned they don't accept walk-ins and do only bookings, but she still agreed to do mine. EFTPOS machine was not working. She said only cash payment, no card. So I had to withdraw money as I only had card on me. No air conditioner, it was super hot inside. Overall, I couldn't care less anymore about it after a while and just wanted to get out of there.
