j	jeff lindhout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Unhelpful and rude. I had my vaccination information and Covid test results and still delayed me for 20-30 minutes. Had a QR codes which he didn’t even acknowledge. Finally told me I was random chosen for a Covid test after I had just paid $150 for one the prior day. Those agents need better manners and training. Coming back to the states was a dream.
J	Josh Val on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had any problem crossing the border with my Nexus. For anyone that doesn't have a Nexus, I recommend it because the time saved is totally worth it. Just keep in mind that everyone in the vehicle must have a Nexus in order to go through it.
M	Mark A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend you come to Canada at this time. We used to come here every year from the US. We love Canada, but the agent was rude and after we did a PCR test within 72 hours, they had us take another test, which took another 30 min. We are also fully vaccinated. I read Canada opened its borders and a lot of businesses want tourists back, but those same businesses should complain to their govt about the whole experience. Still love Canada and it’s people. Just wish they teach their agents to the welcoming.

If you are missing you covid papers and other details are not in line with their policies, you may get screwed bad. Markings are terrible for people going through the first time. If they are under manned and there is a lot of traffic, be prepared for a long wait.
C	Celina Sekhon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If this is your first time crossing, make sure you check the wait times before heading out, have your ID, vaccination information, and your plan ready of where you are going to and the reason for your visit. if you do not have Nexus, stay left. Approach the crossing with windows down as you drive up to be served. Be prepared for not so friendly staff. There are few friendly staff which significantly improve the experience.
D	Dominic Ippolito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do you love getting yelled at by an authority figure? You’ll love the border crossing! Just download the ArriveCAN app and allow it to not work, and simply pull up to a guard to begin being berated. It’s a hoot!

T	Tanveer Behniwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officer Pearson was so amazing to us AN ANGEL, she helped us so much, me and my friends we’re BC residents came yesterday with regards to 24 hour rule but the other officer we encountered before didn’t cooperate, she solved the issues so nicely and quickly. It was amazing, we’re so happy people like her work there that are definitely there to help and not do any kind of discrimination against anyone.
