First I had to go to the US side to get my passport stamped then went to the Canadian side to proceed with my PR process. Everything took me around 30 min and I was assisted by a nice lady officer. Tip: go during the weekday mornings when there's less people.

E	E Scarlett Dixon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rosati was extremely helpful. Processed my PNP visa promptly and was very polite. It took under 1 hour to get all documents. You can park outside the office if it’s not busy, otherwise park on 1st ave or in dieffenbaker car park.

She was so kind and patience to answer my questions and guided me how to complete the ‘turnaround at border’ for my work permit activation. She was just showed up like an Angel to me from God. Sorry for bugging her while she was heading out for lunch. And I would never forget how she helped me and eased my worries!
J	Jas Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Point Roberts first time to fill the gas. I did nat know I needed the arrive canada to come back. The officer Laurie was so kind to me helping me to fill it up on my phone because I could not understand. I thank him for his help.
D	Darcel Collinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boarder is a smaller one, not at all busy but it is pretty steady. They only allow 4 people in the building at a time so you have to wait outside. There is a metal bench beside the doors to sit on but the metal is cold to sit down on for any period of time. At least it's sheltered. They were doing random testing and if you were selected you do your test at home and then mail it in. (I'm sure if I don't give them a good review here I will be randomly selected everytime I cross now) I kid you not!! So yeah while I was seated outside waiting for my friend I overheard a border guard questioning a woman as they stood outside about her lying and coming here with intentions to work. Let me say that if I knew someone was discussing my personal business publically like that, especially a border crossing guard, I would make certain a supervisor and the newspapers were aware of the indiscretion. So if they question you outside like they did this woman, insist they discuss it somewhere else privately. I felt embaressed for the woman who by the way was denied entry. Go ahead guards you can randomly select me now you have my number and ID. Have a nice shift!
R	Ricarda Kunter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there a couple of days ago to get my visa activated. I was a bit nervous because of all the negative reviews on borders in general. But to be honest, I was in and out in 10 min. The officers are strict but incredibly nice, helpful and quick. I‘d say if you go there with an attitude then that’s what you get in return.
C	Calvin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff are disrespectful and have an unwelcoming attitude. I understand it's their job to be strict and mean to enforce laws, but I feel like they weren't very fair. Not the symbol of Canada that I know of. I've had mostly had good experiences here, but not recently; I was not treated like a human being, I faced rude and condescending treatment. I felt horrible, sad, and frustrated. Absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately won't plan to come back to Point Roberts anytime soon, even though I like going there for gas, and the scenery of peninsula from the parks. Coming back up to Canada can become more a hassle than it should be.
