2. don't expect fast application, has international cooperate problem, at least for my case. Sales didn't pick up you phone (many times when I was in a hurry). Seems load too heavy.
3. wrong custom boarder they made, waste me one night hotel and more than you can think efforts.
4. but I will still use their service, exporting car is not an easy thing itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These Guys sent me 15,000 dollar bill from somebody else , they have a major organizational problem in the office, I was threatened that this was going to be send to collection, I spend two days back and forth until I thought it was sorted out. This happened a year ago , I just received another email trying to collect over $15,000 for importing a motor from Oregon nowhere on the customs paperwork is my name or my companies name other than the mailing address witch they somehow screwed up. Not Me , BEWARE of these people use another broker

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service (I needed help quick because I hadn't realized I needed a broker until the week I was moving). And about half the price of another broker I had found on Google.
They took my info for importing my vehicle from USA to Canada over the phone, completed all the forms for me and sent me my ITN number within 2 business days. Border crossing was without issue.

The paperwork was handled correctly,efficiently and the staff were always courteous and professional. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

They're reviewing the way we do everything to make sure we are not only in compliance but aren't wasting time and money doing things we aren't required to do. It's a bit of a learning curve to switch but they have been patient throughout and I'm confident our transactions will be both easier and less costly once we get everything set up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a customer for 15 years, they then screwed up one of our shipments and admitted it was there mistake, that cost us $2,200 for their mistake, they didn't once offer to refund us. will be searching for another customs brokerage firm now.
