From Dolly Nazareth being the worst customer service rep I have ever dealt with and not submitting all of the paperwork necessary to clear a shipment to Lana Su incorrectly copying a VIN number causing headaches, delays and additional costs (none of which Livingston helped with) - you will be amazed at just how bad a business can be to deal with. I would highly encourage you to give your business, money and time to anyone else. Literally... anyone else.
B	Brad Madu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been doing business with Livingston for 7 years and things were relatively good. If you asked me 6 months ago I probably would have been 4 stars. Not 5, because I constantly had a errent charge of $400 sitting on my account. The charge was listed as disputed and I carried on normally and have paid them over $20,000 in new bills since that incorrect charge appeared. Then suddenly this charge became critical right when I was receiving a very time sensitive container. There was no benefit-of-the-doubt given for me previous $100k that I had paid them over the years and my shipment was held. This made the shipment very late which was hugely damaging to me and I paid whatever I had to get that shipment out. At the end, in addition to that $400 still showing on my account, they removed my credit status (and claimed that I never had credit), and to top it all off, I feel like they extorted me for $2700 when I was panicking about my shipment. My decision to cut ties and quit holding out for some sort of apology is very freeing. Good riddance Livingston.
N	Naweed Siddiqui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my car from Calgary to Vancouver the staff in calgary was good but we had the worst experience in their Delta office (Vancouver) everytime we try to call them for tracking our vehicle they never pick your phone and if once by mistake they answer your call they dont know what's going on they give you falls info we had to keep contacting Edmonton office for tracking our vehicle the staff in Delta office ( receptionist, dont know her name she doesn't know what the hell going in around her we keep telling her our vehicle arrived in your delta office she keeps saying No I think it's still in Edmonton she drove us nutts 2 other staff members I believe their names are jenifer and Merelene were so rude gave us hard time when we requested them let us pick our car . Never ever go back to that office and won't recomend them at all zero customer service ???
J	Jade Trautman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE LIVINGSTON* Livingston is hands down the WORST CUSTOMS BROKER you can use, DON'T USE THEM. They have cost both companies I work for hundreds of dollars in dropped shipments due to their lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism. All their agents will give you different information, or they say they don't know. They've hung up on me many many times and wait times are absolutely ridiculous compared to most brokers. If a customer is using Livingston we generally will turn them away. I strongly suggest using Pacific Customs Brokers.

Even with a leniency of time for mistakes or to clear paperwork with the border, they seem to drop the ball more often than they’re on it. I write this review after waiting for an additional two hours at the border (and still waiting) even though I gave them fifteen hours to clear me through. I understand that mistakes happen but the shear frequency of these occurrences leans more towards poor quality than accidents can allow. If you have the choice, I strongly recommend using a different broker. Be safe and have a good day.
