Their response, service and ability to get the customs completed and getting our goods to end destination is phenomenal. Nothing but praise for their staff and complete service. Considering this is only the second time we’ve used your services, I can’t convey how impressed I am. You’ve won a long term customer PCB!
c	cole vineyard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worse companies I have ever had to deal with in my life. I honestly have no idea how this gong show is still in business. First of all, don't believe the quote you are given- it's a lie. I am now looking at 6-8x the initial quote. Their fees are now almost OVER the items I am trying to import. Second, their customer service is terrible. It seems like when you send an email; it's CC'd to EVERYONE at the company, which means that you get a random response from anyone or everyone on the issue at hand. This also means absolutely nobody at the company knows the full story, so your left to constantly re-tell things, fill out the same form multiple times, and anything you are told about your order or invoice is useless. The right hand isn't talking with the left hand. Their service is so bad it's hard to chalk it up to incompetence- perhaps the bait and switch is a price model for them? STAY AWAY from this company. I do wish I had gone with literally any other customs broker.

The quality of their service makes them stand out. Thank you for always making my job easier, PCB. Most Customs Brokers like Livingston International make it harder!!

I walked in for a simple print, and they said they charge. Everyone does it for free but I was fine with it, normally print is like a dollar a a page anywhere u go. They charged 10 dollar for 2 pages to print and I could hear them laughing about it in the back. I should mention that along time ago They used to do it for free. So unprofessional .I never thought I’ll be this disappointed. She was smiling when giving change back and literally wanted me not to come back I feel like. That’s why she even did that. I’ve been crossing for 9 years and doing business with other companies and it’s the first time I’ve seen something like this happen through a brokerage company

They also didnt send a detailed price initially wich took me by surprise when the amount to pay was 1000$+ over what I expected to pay. They did offer to refund and did do an excellent follow-up tho. Would be 5 stars with the customer service I recieved if they offered french service and I wouldn't have that surprise while looking at my credit card
J	J Farrell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. And when the going gets tough They drop you like a hot potato! My best advice is ... find another broker! The ONLY reason you say that "you thought i would be better served by another broker " is because when i needed you to do your job and go to bat for me you decided that you would rather work for the government than your customers! You guys made tons of mistakes... and then when we are in a difficult position...you bail out and leave me hanging. that was a serious failure on your part! Your ratings are sinking faster than the titanic...i wonder why that is? I will give all the people (also known as potential customers in case you are confused ) three guesses and the first two don't count!
