Additional charges AFTER delivery has been completed. Below is a message/question I sent to their CS team and still have not received an reply to. We got charged for something we didn't ask for and had no opportunity to decline the offer. Also interesting that no other trucking company has ever charged us for their driver crossing the street with a power jack. It's not even the charge, it's how they go about conducting their business. If you're a small business, I would recommend looking elsewhere for any shipping needs. We will never be using or recommending them ever again. "Just out of curiosity -- did we approve this "driver's assistance" before it happened? i.e, should we not have the option to turn down the assistance? I mean, we could've pulled that pallet across the street ourselves with our non powered jack. A bit shifty there on your part moto. But hey, $40 now is more important than hundreds of dollars in the future. You have an excellent day as well! Cheers, " UPDATE TO MOTO REPLY: Your account of the situation is incorrect. We received an email from your dispatch that morning (an email we requested the prior evening) stating that our delivery would be there 12pm-4pm. We arrived at our location at 11:50am. We missed a call from your driver and returned his call within minutes and let him know we would be arriving around 11:50, so yes he did indeed get a hold of us prior to taking upon himself  to unload a pallet. Upon arriving at our location, your driver had already begun unloading the pallet. He, nor the dispatch communicated that there would be an additional fee for taking the pallet off his truck. I'm happy to send you a screenshot of our call log with your driver if you like to confirm times and our 17 second chat notifying him we were on our way. No other communication was made. As for disputing the additional charge, I'd rather not go through this with you guys again. On the last load with your team you charged a power tailgate fee...at the pick up location (which is a full on factory with loading bays that your team has been to before) and no tailgate was requested(or needed) on the initial quote. Spent more time than I wish getting you to remove that charge. Again, it's not even the additional charge that is bothersome. Just be upfront and communicate with your customers. We're disappointed in your teams action and lack of communication (and now incorrect account of the situation). As mentioned before, we will not be using or recommending your services to any other business that may require shipping needs in the future.

Wow, awesome doing business with Moto transportation, information was sent regarding my package along the way with perfect accuracy, this is amazing, my package was a really fragile piece and arrived as promised, in perfect condition. Thanks for the extra care & time provided to make this delivery from BC to Ontario.

Great LTL carrier for the i5 down to cali and for coming back up. Decent rates, nice customer service and catchy marketing phrases via their email distribution that always brings a smile to my face ;)

This is an incredibly wonderful transportation company to work with. Their services are impeccable, easy access to online account and quotations, very responsive to inquiries, easy views of all customs docs, transit times, rates and many more.

With shipping being at its most difficult and calls not returned , etc., we reached out with one call our first call actually and Holy Cow results were immediate these guys are definitely first rate for service total peace of mind!!

Since our company switched to Moto we have found booking/quotes and the whole shipping process to be that much easier. So happy to have spent the past year with them and hoping for many more to come.
