I was kind of scared initially that it would ruin my hair but Holly did such a good job that I love my hair. She is very friendly and knows her job well. Highly recommend!!!!

I was concerned that my brown/grey hair would not lighten enough to my satisfaction but the result far exceeded my expectations. Both stylists were very professional, efficient and super friendly. Masters of their craft. Every one loves my new look especially me . Thank you so much. Phenomena is my salon for life !

I would also like to comment on the comment below from a lady named Sofia Princesa. I was present when this situation occurred. I was appalled to see the way this young lady was behaving them moment she entered the salon. She was extremely rude when asking for her service the owner continued to speak to her with great empathy and consideration. I watched her as she was telling him what she wanted done and he actually cut a bit less than what Sofia had requested. She looked at the floor and said where is all of my hair he cut an inch and a half and she spoke to him with a rude tone and the owner still continued to speak to her with respect and also he was far from rough he was as gentle as one could possibly be. I witnessed this incident so therefore the comment below is a false statement. Despite all that I will never go to another establishment to get my hair done. They go above and beyond to give you the best service. There are not enough stars to rate Phenomena Hair Design. Thx for the wonderful cut and highlights my hair feels great and I receive compliments daily about how natural and healthy my hair appears.

The owners make it feel like you are walking into a friends house. My daughter and I both had our haircut by the same gentleman and he is truly talented. We love our hair cuts. Thank you so much, we will be back.

I went to a phenomena hair salon again after a year for permanent hair straightening. Again she did an awesome job. Very happy from their service.

Thank you chau and your wife it’s a family owned business and they both did my hair so nicely and did not rush me on it ... amazed with the results and going back in 3 weeks time for Color change! Highly recommend this place for girls who want to look gorgeous ?thank you Chau .. and yes my husband liked it ? kisses to your little princess!! Best , Monica !!!
