★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a lot of shops and services but they didnt plan for how much increased car traffic would be constantly going in and out of there. Its busy and congested most of the time. Scary to walk to the stores as a pedestrian since cars constantly backing up and people frantically searching for parking spots. Try walking, Surrey! Surely you don't need your car for every single errand!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy parking lot. Drivers need to learn to park between the white lines in this parking lot. I found 4 vehicles straddling the parking lines. "Your Tesla is small. You don't need 2 spots".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reside in this area for 3 years and it looks much more different from what I remembered 6 years ago. The forest area where you see wild berries, bunnies, squirels and other things now is a commercial area with buildings and roads. Time flies so fast.
