★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely miserable owners. Trust all of the reviews, this place has the most awful
customer service I have ever experienced. The owners straight up ignored me and hid in the back, the miserable lady finally came out and when I asked her a question, she just said no and walked away. What a joke, give your money to a shoe repair place that deserves your business and is owned by actual decent human beings. Wished I would of read the other reviews before I even went, because I wouldn’t of even stepped foot in this shop. If you want to see misery personified, feel free to go and check this awful place out. Too bad these type of people exist out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a leather Olukai flip flop to get repaired, already aware of their dodgy reputation, because it was the only repair place open on a Sunday. The stem portion of the strap had separated from the sole and the cost of buying a new pair is about $90US. My preferred location for shoe repair is Four Seasons Shoe Repair in Cloverdale but they are not open on Sundays. I should have waited and, unfortunately, the reviews of Willowbrook Shoe Repair are correct. The repair was shoddy and the flip flop only functioned for four hours at White Rock beach before falling apart. On closer examination of their, I discovered to my frustration that they didn't do the job I specifically requested (a whole stem repair, not just the bottom quarter). So, I took the footwear back and they greeted me with a nasty and unprofessional attitude. They refused to admit any fault and would not re-repair the item. It was only some berating and specific demonstration of their poor workmanship that begrudgingly repaid me $10 of the $17 bill. It didn't help matters that they pretended to not understand English though they had no issues when taking my money originally (really, even a smile on their part would have gone a long way). Their workmanship and the way they treat their customers is very disappointing. I recommend steering very clear of these people not doing business with these outfit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, this place is awful. I stood there for a few minutes while the lady was doing some paperwork in front of me.
I ask for glue in insoles for my leather business shoes but was informed “we don’t do that.” This is a shoe repair place isn’t it? She offered me cheap slide in insoles instead. All while being super rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The glue on my dress shoes was deteriorating so I took it in for regluein. The owner was just going to do the areas that glue was coming off , I asked him to do all the way around the shoes. Guess what he only did just the small areas and charged me an extra $11. I can't believe why the mall would allow a business person like him in the mall. By far the worst. Will never ever give this person my business.
