★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Shaw in Willowbrook Mall to get a new BlueCurve box. Masood was the agent I spoke to, was very quick and efficient and was also able to save me some money on my monthly bill! I was very happy, thanks Masood!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shaw customer service has severely declined. Terrible support from staff. After speaking with four Shaw employees we finally got a simple name change complete.
Shaw mobile live chat told us to go in store, in store used live chat that told us to call support, phone support informed us that the store support need to help us. Phone support uses live chat and they dont change anything.
A 2 hour visit to the store resulted in a simple name change. After providing 3 physical proof of current government ID. Providing staff our log in information and records.
Shaw really needs to reevaluate their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to say how happy we were with the quick and knowledgeable service we received from Masood at the Langley, BC Shaw store. We went there to discuss changing our TV & Internet services to Blue Curve. I was prepared for a 'long' process, however, was extremely pleased with how quick and easy it was. As a matter of fact, it was so quick I had time to check into Shaw Mobile Cell phones; which we ended up switching to. All in all, it was a satisfying experience. Thank-you!
